If you are ordering Taco Bell from door dash...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I spent $21 on my order..$4.87 of which was for a LARGE strawberry freeze...when my order arrived...my freeze was not a full glass...it was actually just below halfway full...insane!!!

We got there at 2:30 AM on a Saturday 09/21/25 and was told at the speaker that their system was down and it would be up in 10 minutes. We asked to wait at the speaker and were told we can’t do that and came back 10 minutes later and were just told the same thing. Since it closes at 3 the guy working there was just trying to finish up early and go home right at 3. They should just say it will close at 2 am on the website instead of lying to paying customers. Do not look at their closing times as they are not followed and they just say their system is down to be able to leave early.

This was hands down the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever seen. The employee at the speaker was unbelievably rude — refusing a simple request, cursing at the customer, and then continuing to yell at them at the window. He even bragged about being a “manager” while insulting people’s jobs and lives, which is completely unprofessional and out of line.

It takes no effort to treat people with respect, and if this is how management behaves, it says a lot about the way this location is run. Definitely won’t be coming back here, and I hope corporate steps in, because no customer should ever be treated that way.

They don't even deserve the one star that Google forces me to give. I am down here with my children on a vacation with no car, so we use DoorDash a lot while on vacation. I just waited over TWO hours for my order. My first DoorDash implied my order had been stolen. While my THIRD DoorDash driver claimed the restaurant told them they were working on “small orders first, because the larger orders would take too long”. I have screenshots of all conversations as well as multiple unanswered calls to the store DIRECTLY, that I am willing to provide. I placed not one but TWO orders to give this store the benefit of the doubt. Once the SECOND ORDER WAS A SCAM, it became clear to me that this was NOT a DoorDash issue, but rather a STORE AND MANAGEMENT ISSUE! I would LOVE a call back as I have tried to call the store MULTIPLE TIMES and I am willing to provide all the proof to back up my claims. I feel sorry for the dashers that are trying to make money and a living but the store is ripping them and the customers off.

Its nit affordable like it used to be. That's the reason I would go before. Now the only reason I go is for my daughter's as a treat because its their favorite. Its nit as good as it used to be per covid but it just mediocre at best.

Was here last week, and had the worst experience I’ve had in Taco Bell

Marquavia needs to be retrained to handle how to speak to customers, or just put away where she doesn’t deal with them. (That’s the name on the receipt, she has red hair)

I visited last Tuesday 08-06
Went there to grab some food through the drive through, no one in front of me, and inside looked pretty empty, still waited like 5 minutes to be able to put my order in.
No biggie, then I go to the window to pay, this girl had the nastiest attitude I have been given in the entire year. Me asking her to put napkins in apparently was the worst part of her day. I pay for the food while she’s talking to someone at the drive through and says to drive back. I’m waiting of my food and she won’t communicate, just starts giving nasty looks again. I asked if it was me she needed to drive back, she goes “I don’t see nobody else here” rolls her eyes. I’m confused as to why I would drive back in a drive through while there’s another car coming behind me. I ask again, she goes away.
I drive back a bit while trying not to get close to the upcoming car.
Food comes out as soon as I go back.
The food was cold too 💀💀(chicken bowl and fries)
Wasted money, plus ruined my night with that experience

There was no one in the restaurant, but our order took over 35 minutes, we didn't even get a cup that we had to ask for. The fries were cold, otherwise the food was standard. The service was slow. They didn't even apologize for the wait. The next person didn't get their food even before we left...never again.

One of my worst experiences at Taco Bell.
I visited this location in Orlando, and it was truly disappointing. Several drink options on the soda machines were out of order, there was no ice, and the available drinks were warm. The service was extremely slow—really, painfully slow—and the restaurant was dirty. It’s very unfortunate to see such low standards from a brand like Taco Bell at this location.

It’s Sunday and you only have 1 person scheduled to assemble food. Dining room is backed up. And poor guy is working but at a leisured pace. Come on corporate, hire more people! Also music is obnoxiously louder than it needs to be causing families to be louder than they need to be.
