Cracking food for the price service was ok to be fair but my only gripe is the temperature of the restaurant is freezing and just too uncomfortable to eat in. Even the staff are wrapped up like they are at the ski slopes

I’ve always loved Taco Bell, but my recent experience was very disappointing.
When I arrived, the screen wasn’t working, and the employee standing in front of me completely ignored me and didn’t even take my order. He didn’t try to help, didn’t speak to me, and acted like I wasn’t even there.

This kind of treatment made me feel disrespected.
I came to enjoy food I like, but my dignity is more important than any meal.

I hope Taco Bell improves their customer service, because no customer deserves to feel ignored.

Sat in line for an hour, when we pulled up to the speaker box to take our order I was told they’d be with me in a second I waited 30 minutes asked them hello? And was told “in a second sweetheart” waited another ten and decided to drive off because that’s ridiculous and we could go literally anywhere else. When I drive by the window I see three workers just standing there talking to each other and the inside of the Taco Bell almost empty meanwhile the line behind me was VERY long and they were all waiting just as long as me and were being rude to us. Saying “at this point there’s no one in that car it’s just parked there”like it’s our fault no one’s doing there job or taking orders. If you are understaffed then close the drive thru or communicate that. Horrible service. 11/16/25 night time.

Worse customer service. They welcome use rude askingnif your using the app. Then rushing us while we look the at the menu saying you want to go inside? Like its been not even 1 min if we wanted to go inside we would. Didnt even let us finish ordering and told us to to to the window, when we tried to tell her she didnt let us finish, she like you cant order at the window.
The audacity to ask us to roll back after we paid as if we would help them with their ticket times. Manager was there with her and didnt correct that attitude

I should’ve read reviews before placing an online order at this location. Placed an order and my driver has been patiently waiting for almost 2 hours, order is still not ready for pick up… what the hell are they doing over there?! What kind of fast food establishment takes 2+ hours to prepare 6 soft tacos? Update: after almost 3 hours the store told my delivery driver that they weren’t going to prepare so had to cancel.

Letting people wait in line for over an hour just to tell them they aren’t doing anything except mobile orders. When I suggested they come out and tell all the backed up cars they said “nah thats not our problem”

You buy a burrito, as to please cut in half. Answer from all of them we don’t offer that service. I ask again could you please use the same cutter you use for the quesadillas was told the same, we don’t offer that service. Then they stick a knife in the bag off course no napkins. Customer service absolutely none, it’s sad that a corporation like this treats their customers light they don’t deserve to have it your way.
