I be honest sometimes my food is right, but it's been like 3 times that my food is not done right. I always modify my food because I don't eat meat, so I change it to black beans and they end up making my burrito and my crunch wrap with meat and black beans when I always ask for black beans only no meat. By the time I get home to eat it, most of the time is wrong. So most of the time I have to toss it which I don't like doing.

Absolutely gross, I get home to see a roach on my cup. I called the store to tell them about it instead of trying to find a compromise. Instead, they deny anything and hang up on me and now aren't answering. I tried to talk to the manager but couldn't get anything, I would advise taking the extra time to go to another Taco Bell, practically destroyed my appetite, truly disappointed

Twice in a row ive gone there and gotten the worst tacos ive ever had at taco bell. Dab of meat and a few flakes of lettuce and cheese. All tortilla. Terrible! Ill never go to this one again, and it used to be good.

Lobby is frequently closed when it's supposed to be open, with no indication that it's closed other than an employee rudely telling you to get out if you walk in through the door (which they don't lock when it's supposedly "closed"). The food itself is perfectly fine but I'd like to actually be able to go in during the hours it's supposed to be open.

Everything was stale and tasted terrible. Gagged up every time I thought of Taco Bell after ordering feom this location. The worst! Mexican pizza was stale and bitter - like it had been fried in rancid oil..never going back and May never eat Taco Bell again!

Came through the drive thru @ 7:50 am, planning to wait the 10 mins until they opened.To my surprise, Victor greeted me and asked for my order! Very pleasantly surprised! Great attitude, great food, excellent service!

Sat at the drive thru window on 1-24-24 for 6 minutes, no one came. Went inside; the guy working the back just looked at me. Finally sent a girl to take my order and she said well none of the food is ready. I said how long- she said 5 minutes. This is a food place with no prepared food? I told her I was at the window and she said oh well I was in the office. Told me to wait the 5 min.This place will be shut down in no time. Customer service is the worst.
