Incredible service from one of the employees. The man who was preparing the food non-stop (It was really busy.) brought our food out to us in the dining room, and was overly kind and gracious. I did not get his name, but he walked with a limp.

It was a chore waiting on me in the drive thru. Had to pull up for two chulupas and a Mt Dew, took forever. Food was fresh but upside down in the bottom of the bag. 100% on the This Place Sucks Index. Over-priced for the small portions.

“JAY”-This rating is 100% based on the customer service that a new employee has given consecutively during my last 3 visits.. I don’t wanna be negative or bad mouth anyone but let’s just say there’s been MULTIPLE times in the PAST that I had horrible experiences with FORMER employees being unprofessional and unnecessarily rude to my girlfriend and I. (For no reason..we don’t ask for anything extra or look for fights.) It’s Taco Bell.. I get it.. I don’t go expecting anything crazy or special treatment. With that being said, I have been genuinely impressed how one person (Jay) can make such a noticeable difference and impact. (No i’m not a friend/family member, nor did he ask me to do this.) He’s genuinely a great employee that stands out and deserves all this praise. What a difference from before. He alone has redeemed my faith from this location. GREAT employee don’t lose this guy. Wouldn’t be surprised if he isn’t already in management but if not…. Respectful, Humble, Professional, and Polite. Thanks for maintaining all these traits in today’s world and times. 🙏🏼👍🏼

Don’t bother driving 20 minutes after your 10 hour shift to this Taco Bell, they’ll tell you they’re only doing Uber eats and mobile orders and then you’ll get stuck in line an additional 30 minutes for no reason with no food because you’re pinned between cars. Nowhere is this information listed.
