The staff are rude and slow this place needs new management ASAP. I door dash and there isnt a reason why I should be waiting for a order of a taco and a burrito for 45min while they constantly ignore you and do anything but the job they are paid to do. Ridiculous

From what I could find, this is your best bet if you want big food for smaller moneys. The food was good and fairly quick. The kiosk touch screen was buggin though and not all the letters worked and I don't like that they bathrooms require a code.

INFURIATING experience- they had a full blown bouncer blocking customers from accessing the bathroom. We came in for a bathroom & to eat - we were told to order first so we did and waited for our food, after we received it we tried to access the restrooms and an employee was blocking the way and said the restroom is off limits to customers. I asked if it was being cleaned and he said no they just don’t let customers use the restrooms at that location and if I don’t like it I shouldn’t come back. I said “so they’re off limits?” He immediately got aggressive and said “What’d I just say?!” then shoo’d me away like a dog. ***ON SITE DINING requires a business to provide restroom access*** - this place needs to be shut down. Not to mention- the entire staff was extremely rude and overly aggressive, we felt like we walked into a prison, employees screaming, our order was incorrect, disgusting conditions and got scammed into buying a bunch of extra food to use the bathroom then were told no. SHUT THE PLACE DOWN - I’ll 100% be on the phone with corporate. Public restrooms need to be available for paying customers. My assumption is that they just don’t want to clean the bathrooms but it’s part of their job & there’s no excuse. Bluntly- came in to get food and pee, got verbally attacked by an old man trying to fight for no reason and treated like an idiot for assuming I could use a public restroom after buying $21 worth of food at this shitty location. Nobody come here.
