Definitely won't be eating here again. I ordered food because I was tired from working a 9 hour shift today. Because I was tired, I decided to just let my sister pick it up, whilst I sat in our car. Well, she came running out and told me an employee snatched the order out of her hand's after another employee already handed it to her and told her he needed to see my phone or else he wouldn't give it back. So I handed it to her, which I really didn't want to do, because I literally was just trying to check my work schedule for tomorrow. What bothered me the most, was not that she needed my phone (even though I've eaten here before and not once have had to show my phone) but the fact that he just ripped it out of her hands!
Like seriously?! Another employee handed it to her, and you just go and rip an order out of someones hands?! Also I guess after she went back in, she found some of the food out of the bag... As if he just pulled it out and sat it on the mobile order shelf. Very unprofessional, very rude, I wish she caught his name as he either needs more training with costumer service, or he just needs to be flat out fired! Because If I just ripped a mobile order out of someones hands where I work, I'd either get a reprimand, a coaching, or I'd just be flat out fired by my leadership for man handling the guests food.

This Taco Bell was amazing! The restaurant was super clean, and the service was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was prepared fresh and served quickly. One of the best Taco Bell experiences we’ve had!

I couldn’t even sit down for 2 minutes and order when the manager instantly came out and threatened us saying that “This is not a place for you to come and sit down, if i come back here and you have not ordered i will make you leave” I found this extremely disrespectful as i cant even order without getting attacked by the manager, to make the situation worse, i was having trouble with the application and i went up to the counter for assistance and i was told that any problem with the app is on me, i am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and can’t say I’m inclined to come back.

It was a late night trip to Tacobell for a quick bit. This is a brand new location in the lake Buena Vista and very close to Disney Springs and all the hotels.
The staff was very professional and experienced.i I'd order Black bean grilled cheese burrito, cheese quesadilla with rice and fiesta potatoes. They had our food ready in no time and were very considerate about our restrictions.
Vegetarian options: You can pick any items from the menu and substitute meat with black beans or pinto beans. They also have several veg options on the menu.

Its taco bell. I brought it back the hotel and when I got there my tacos where saugy. I was hungry so I ate it but thats why I haven't been there in over 5 years.
Found a very long piece of hair in my taco. Slowly pulled it out from my bite. And I know for a fact it’s not mine due to the fact my hair is in a ponytail and is straight.
This is probably one of the better Taco Bells in the area. The staff is fairly good. Late at night they are tired and busy. It's a place where I would recommend extending friendliness to the staff.
