Do Not EVER go here!! I was yelled at in the drive thru like a DOG in front of my child by a second drive thru woman rushing me when I was placing a second order. I went up to the window and I asked for the drive thru workers name and the manager. I was told by the drive thru worker I dont have to give our names!!!I asked for the phone number of the store and I was told I cant give that out!!! Absolutely ABSURD!! I have been going here for 10 years. This particular tacobell already has alot of bad stigmas attached to them and unfortunately all was proven true tonight!! It is 10/22 at 11:57pm.

Tyesha was extremely patient and accommodating throughout my experience. I had three separate orders, each with specific details, and even after the orders were completed, I requested additional changes. She remained composed, professional, and amicable at all times, never showing any frustration. The only downside was that the system was temporarily down, so only cash payments were accepted. Nevertheless, Tyesha demonstrated excellent customer service.

Very rude was in the drive through and asked for a second to see what we wanted and they stared to sing the jeopardy song rushing me being very rude and didn’t give me a second to to look and started talking again and told me to go inside to order because they are on a timer I have never been rushed or spoken to like that I understand they are young but that was very rude

I barely leave reviews, but I think the manager got a little upset because, After I placed my mobile order, I waited a few minutes in the parking lot and waited for the person in front of me to get their order, but I was still sent to the parking lot and told to come back in two minutes. I gave him a very kind tip that If my sister was in the car who happens to work for corporate, She would’ve definitely made this a bigger deal and to be careful. He proceeded to tell me that they’re not corporate, As I was telling him that, regardless, he’s not supposed to do that and supposed to follow the policies like every other restaurant across the country, He got a little upset and slammed the window in my face, Besides my sister, there are two other corporate employees (her colleagues) that live off Lee rd, I hope he doesn’t do the same thing to one of them and regardless if it’s franchise or corporate, he has zero communication skills and gets his feelings hurt too quickly. They gotta stop making children Manager

Where is the beef and the cheese this is nothing like the picture on the board not even close I could scrape all this off and put it on one taco. but then again my taco didn't have no meat for this might actually help. I made a steak and went back at 8/ 10/25 and it was worse. No ice forgetting items. Maybe hire some quality people to run it
