I didn't like the bad service and the employees weren't friendly, the place seems abandoned and I've been there several times and I have to leave because the ATMs don't charge, only machines, what there is is a machine to pay by card and those who don't have a card and the elderly

I bought food in the drive through and they would not let my daughter use the bathroom. It was locked and they refused to give her the key unless I came inside to buy something. Absolute INSANITY.
Not good waiting on food for over 25 minutes, I ordered only a couple things. How does it take them so long to make 3 items. Food was handed incorrectly and cold.
I just moved in this area and the one thing I noticed instantly was that the day crew was very kind, respectful, and professional. The night crew I experienced the other night was the opposite. The young lady who served me was rude and not professional at all even walked away and ignored me after I asked a question since they made me pull up and I didn't get the right sauce. I came around 1:30 pm today and this crew is nothing but good energy. Thank you 👏🏽 4 stars because of a bad experience late night.

Honestly I would recommend not to go here at all. We went through the drive thru and because we were taking a couple of minutes the drive thru order taker was rude and asked if we needed help very rudely. Then i went it since no places around were open and we are traveling and used the kiosk and it didnt work with my card and finally after getting someone's attention she rerang up my order and didn't make one of the drinks large then told me we were not allowed to make our own drinks she had to make them in the back due to her shutting off the drink machine up front. Rude people horrible atmosphere will not come back.
