So I don’t know if someone in the back of the kitchen thought it be funny not to follow my order. But give me a burrito full of rice, chips, cheese. But had no ground beef. That flaming burrito ain’t cheap. The place was slow so no reason my order wasn’t correct. Very disappointed.

POOR Service. Food on the box. I asked to have it wiped off and given a bag so as to not get food on my car seat. Still did not clean off all of the food. Mgr. reluctant to give me a plastic bag so that I can protect my car from food spillage. Did not recieve the mild sauce I wanted... just laughing employees acting as though I'm the problem. They seem its beneath them to offer standard service. Now it makes a lot of sense when I never see cars in the parking lot or drive thru.

The workers here are some of the most patient people I’ve ever seen. I saw the cashier deal with somebody screaming DoorDash at her while she was in the middle of dealing with another customer. And everybody else in the line was just awful to her.
Nobody should deal with things like this and here she was dealing with it back to back.
