Went to get some taco’s around 2:10am, when I ordered, dining sitting was still allowed but when I received my food all chairs were on the tables. It was freezing outside and the last thing I wanted was to eat some cold tacos in the COLD!! I paid for hot tacos and I deserved to eat them hot. I was told by management that I couldn’t eat them inside. He was very sarcastic and told me if I walked fast enough to my destination they may still be warm. Well they weren’t, and I didn’t enjoy my cold tacos, which I was even more disappointed when I bit into my taco and the whole lime wedge was in it. SMH!! You should have better customer service and an understanding heart.

Decent food. Horrible customer service. Guy who claims he was a Manager in grey polo shirt, silver chain. Very rude and disrespectful. He acted as if he was annoyed that we came to spend our money in what probably isn’t his establishment to begin with. If you don’t like your job you should choose a different career. We use to come here all the time but it has changed for the worse. Won’t be returning.

We got two skirt steak tacos and 1 ground beef and they were phenomenal! We also tried the spicy margarita and passionfruit margarita and they were both super tasty (they make their own syrup!) Timothy took care of us and he did awesome, very informative and kind.

This place is awesome… great music , good vibes and really food flavor. Visited for the first Taco Kat and my family and i enjoyed very much. Very authentic and clean Mexican tacos. Thanks to the General Manager Timothy for making our experience unique, his warm personality and professionalism make the difference…..the service was five stars . Thank you for make our night special and for sure we will be back really soon. Highly recommended !!!!!

The service at Taco Kat was unmatched. The staff was attentive, ensuring everything was perfect without being overbearing. Their attention to detail made me feel welcomed! And the food was absolutely delicioussss, 10/10 recommend!!!
