Okay, whoever is the owner. Taco Maker is very famous in Puerto Rico because of their plates. I don't know if this franchise is following an American menu or what but if you want to succeed against Taco Bell, selling a plain burrito for $7 is not going to do it. You guys are not the first Taco Maker that failed here in Orlando. So my suggestion is to replace the menu with the one from Puerto Rico and you will see how many people will arrive. Don't make the same mistake as the church's Chicken restaurant or you will have the same fate soon. For a restaurant so famous like this one, be in front of a hospital, at 1pm and be empty. That tells you something is wrong.

Empty place, dirty tables. Very expensive for the portion they serve. The employee measuring the portion of the meat. Flavor is regular. With $5 more I go to a restaurant and eat better. They ask for tips without providing any service. It never compares to a Taco Maker in PR. The combos are expensive and do not include a drink. A side of sour cream was like $2 and it was less than the amount they put in the gun. I would never go again.

It's not really Mexican food. It's more like Tex-Mex or something similar to Taco Bell. Asked the cashier for some limes for my tacos, and she said they don't have any. The meat is left open, and that is how bacteria can get in. It would be good to close them meat when not making a sale.

Mediocre food buffet at an expensive price tag. I was deeply unimpressed and will not be returning. I ordered a taco salad and drink and it cost me $17.

The server need to pay attention to customer's request to NOT put chicken juice in the plantilla and taco and stop the stupid attitudes. The burrito and taco were wet and the krustos without cinnamon. Disappointed I grew up eating taco maker in PR.

This place should not be called Taco Maker. I grew up with taco maker and it pretty close to nothing of the original. It's more like a chipotle now. The only reason I drove here was part nostalgia and for the crisp bean and meat burritos and they no longer make them. That is what separated this place from the other Tex Mex fast food. Super disappointed. However this place is very clean and staff are pretty friendly.

I used to love this restaurant until they up the prices and give less meat. The employees have always been a lil rude but the food used to make up for it but today I went and the food has declined horribly in quantity and quality. The pictures are super exaggerated and you get 1 pincer of meat. A burrito made of pure air. Its not worth it anymore specially with the bump in prices. The Fiesta Dinner used to be 10 now is 13 and some change. They put 1 scoop of beans and the girl banged it so many times against the metal thing that most of them fell. You could also count the chips with 2 hands. It was too little for too much money. And the experience as a whole isnt worth it when the customer service is so low.
