Excellent service . The Epic Spicy Chimichanga I ordered had excellent flavor and spice. Would recommend all team members who love fresh Mexican food. come by as it is right off John Young and Sand Lake. Highly recommended.

Complete rip off. THIRTEEN DOLLARS for a shrimp burrito with 5 or 6 shrimp the size of my finger tip. Can't even taste or feel them in there. Just complete mouthfuls of mushy gooey beans and rice. Im tired of penny pinching restaurants trying to make money by skimping your food, maybe you wouldn't have to penny pinch if you didn't frontload your food with beans and rice to make it look like more. Tried giving it a chance but I won't be back.

For clarification after only tasting one shrimp so far and getting halfway through the burrito I opened it and started counting. There were 4 or 5 in addition to the one I had eaten, any normal shrimp you see at the supermarket is easily the size of 3 of these puny things. Absolute scam

Taco El Rancho use to be good.but they suck now. Food was nasty 🤢 and there prices are as high as a restaurant and this is a fast food joint. Lunch time, this place is dead. I'm surprised they not close down. For 1 burrito and a small drink. It cost over $17 dollars.

I love it! The food is authentic and always fresh. The staff is great and the restaurant is super clean. Plus, they have Drive- Thru service!

slow, disorganized, tasteless food.
waited extra 40 minutes to pick up an online order.
got the tamales - plain and missing toppings - including the salsa I requested.
Don't do online orders if you can't manage them!
terrible.
From far, the worst Mexican food I ever had. no taste at all!

Great tacos and friendly service.

I walked here from my nearby hotel hoping for a quick and tasty bite after a long day of business travel, and was not disappointed. I opted for the taco platter (with carne asada tacos), and a side order of chips and salsa. The container of salsa was pretty small, but the chips were freshly cooked with just the right amount of salt. The entire meal really hit the spot.

Counter service was very friendly, ensuring my order was accurate. I found this particularly helpful as my Spanish language skills are abysmal.

While I visited for dinner, I could see this being a great spot for a quick and tasty lunch.

Jan. 2025. Tacos El Rancho has really gone downhill. One star because I cannot give zero or negative stars. The one on John Young and Sand Lake corner used to be my place of choice for Mexican. Keep trying over the timeline of 6 months. The ground beef has been dripping in grease. The black beans have been dry and gummy and the rice is burned. Each time. I tried sending a Facebook inquiry asking why it has been so bad. No answer. I tried sending a message through the website. No luck. I tried calling the main location near Orlando Airport; no one ever answers. Tacos Express on Orange Blossom trail is a much better choice through parking is often a problem. Good luck.

I ordered on UberEats, asked for steak and chicken in my burrito. Unfortunately, they only put chicken in the burritos! I was a little disappointed and couldn’t issue a refund of any sort. The tinga chicken is good though.

Awful..please go to a real place

The burritos were amazing! I got the regular pollo (chicken) and it was seasoned well, not just chunks or pieces of bland white breast. The tinga (spicy pulled chicken) is a little hotter and has onions cooked in with it. Love this spot!

It's a buffet that they serve your plate from, so there's not really service. Get your own drink, etc. All that's fine. The food was a little pricey but loved the flautas. Everything is a la carte so you have to pay if you want rice & beans, chips etc. My friend had soft shrimp tacos, and they were amazing she said. The entrees seemed to be made fresh. And then they add the toppings in front of you from the buffet type set up. I love shredded beef, and it's not always easy to find, so 10 stars for that. Just seemed the flautas were small. At other places, I normally have leftovers to take home. Would go again if in the area but would be prepared how to order this time.
