Tacos Locos

There was two flies in my food!!!!!!!!! The people who work here are the rudest I have ever experienced at a food spot ever. Food is super expensive and spent 70 dollars on 3 low quality bowls. The workers were screaming at us and even the manager was rude! And after all that they didn't even give us a full refund and also didn't even apologize! Would NEVER recommend.

Crabby staff, over priced, cold food, ordered the two tacos. Lady was rude - you can’t add half the toppings aka I asked for rice and was told no. $17 for two tacos and can’t add rice? Seems odd. She then started talking in Spanish to a coworker about guests - maybe make sure people don’t speak Spanish in line

Deliciously spiced meat and generous portions. Staff was friendly and polite. I see others mention being asked for a tip. That is common these days. But I was not prompted nor asked to leave a tip. The prices are about what I would expect at an airport. A far superior alternative to the other counter service restaurants in this terminal. This will be my new choice when eating here.

Delicious food! We shared a barbacoa burrito and a salad with chicken. Both were tasty.

The lady who served us was friendly and helpful.

The price is not low ($16 per person) but that's true everywhere now.

Rude behaviour by staff, not coming back!!

Over priced and poor service. Food doesn't even taste good. This is a definite no from me.

Review about Karina

I had a terrible experience trying to order a burrito because of the treatment we received from Karina. Every time we wanted to add something extra, like guacamole or rice (which already has a steep additional cost of over $3 for a very small portion), she rudely pointed out that it would cost extra. Even after we assured her that it was fine and we didn’t mind paying, she kept repeating that it was an additional charge, as if trying to make us change our minds.

Her attitude was negative and unprofessional throughout the interaction, making the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. This kind of service is disappointing, and I hope steps are taken to improve customer service in the future.

It's a shame seeing all the negative reviews. I saw no health code violations this trip. Food was very tasty. The price was a little steep, but this is the airport. Overall pleased.

We ordered Black Beans burrito bowl. The bowl was good but they need to add more toppings. Portion size is also good for the price.

This was so awful. Please do not waste your money here. The service was terrible and then the food was so gross that I threw away all $15 of it. Do not go here.

Husbands rice wasn’t cooked. Guacamole was rotten, got a ton of tiny crumbled chips, not one full tortilla chip. Also watched employee throw away trash, touch hair, and pick up my chips with the same gloves on.

Was in line and saw three separate health code violations: employee touched hair with gloves did not change gloves, employee touched food waste and trashcan and did not change gloves, employee served uncooked ground beef into taco and then removed it advising uncooked and then did not throw away the tortillas from the customers order.
