Tamu Tamu Refreshments is a quick service snack bar on a busy corner in Disney's Animal Kingdom Africa section. It serves a variety of beverage and snack refreshments, including the famed Dole Whip. Adult beverage versions are also offered and are highly recommended!
We had been looking for pineapple ice cream to enjoy at the end of our day. Fortunately, we discovered this refreshing place. Everything was delicious! The highlight was definitely the Pineapple Crisp Sundae! 😋
I mean a Dole Whip with a little alcohol? What else could you want? Besides stronger alcohol but I digress. We love stopping here for a Dole Whip for our daughter and a treat for ourselves. I prefer the Dole Whip with Parrot Bay - a tropical treat! Even if it is Parrot Bay. My husband likes the pineapple float with Parrot Bay. Makes it more like a drink but I say let’s just get down to business. You can go around the corner and sit m. It’s nice and shady and cool. Perfect...
