We ordered delivery from the Tacos El Rancho website and only received 6 of 7 items. Only 2 of the items received were correct, a side of rice and a side of refried beans. The tacos, the burrito and the other side that did arrive were incorrect. My order total was $51 including tax, tip and fees on my receipt and they charged my credit card $58. I called for a refund for the missing item and the altogether incorrect item and talked to 2 different people who told me to come in. I paid to have it delivered for a reason. I asked again for a refund for 2 of the items and they asked if I wanted money. Yes. Haven’t seen a credit to my account or receipt to confirm they were refunded. I do not recommend ordering online at all. When I go in person I can watch them make it at least and ensure I get what I ordered.
