Was celebrating such a great dinner with friends I cherish and although the food was good and the night was lovely , it was our waiter AJ that made our night so special and we can’t thank him enough for his hospitality!

Very uninspired. My wife and son were unable to eat their main entrees. The risotto was watery and bland, my son's dish was super oily and heavy. My duo parm was good. The server just took our plates and rushed the check over. Sorry, just not worth the price.

They have good bread! They have olive oil on the table which you can use as a dip for the bread. I like to eat it with balsamic vinegar as well which you can request. Be careful when pouring the oil because it spilled a bit.The service is allergy friendly. The waitress asked up front if anyone has any allergies. For my friend who had a peanut allergy, they made sure to avoid any cross contamination. Also service was very fast. For appetizers, the rice balls were crispy and paired well with the side marinera. However if you don't like Marinera like my friend, who thought it wasn't that good plain, maybe go for something else. The portions are quite decent in size so after having bread and an appetizer we all ended up having leftovers. The Eggplant Parm was delicious!! I would definitely recommend it!!Overall, a great place with great food and great service!!Vegetarian options: They had a few vegetarian dishes to choose from such as the mushroom pasta and the eggplant Parmesan! I love eggplant Parm so this was a safe option.

To be a restaurant in Disney springs I was very disappointed, the food was not the part with the price. Best part of the meal was the appetizers and our waiter was truly amazing. I won’t be going back

40 minute wait. So we started our order sitting at the bar. So we ordered pizzas, chicken artichoke and a side of meatballs. Two of three seats are about 16 inches lower than the bar. The chairs were very low compared to the bar top at the lower seats. I swapped two of our chairs with taller table chairs.I was told to swap them back. I said the chairs are too low. The person, maybe a manager said, we know that. Offered nothing but her curt response. When our regular table outside became available, I had to cash out our order of food and drinks at the bar. I get it.We had to carry our appetizer food out to the table. No assistance.Sat down at the table outside. Then our main order food arrived. No untinsels. In fact not a single server stopped by. We had to chase down a server for untinsels, water, carry out boxes. Not one server greeted nor supported us. We had to chase them down. The bartender and the manager made us feel like an inconvenience.Skip this restaurant. The service management is terrible. The food is average. The meatballs were mushy. The chicken was not hot. The capicola pizza had way too much goooey cheese.Go anywhere else.

Disney Springs is gorgeous! The weather was nice, and this place was really busy. The food was good. They have a lot of wine options. We celebrated my friend's birthday here. You get a free dessert on the house!

Tastes like theme park food, so it’s mind boggling to willingly choose to dine here since you aren’t confined inside a theme park. The food quality and taste reminds me of a school cafeteria.

The happy hour is EXCELLENT! Half off all wines by the glass. The lasagna was just ok though and was overloaded with sauce. Not the best pasta. The table bread was nice but just came with an olive oil bottle and was fairly bland. Good wine selection and service though.

We were served by Keith, a distinguished professional, super attentive, polite, with great suggestions and patience for the most indecisive customers! The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is wonderful and the service is also wonderful. Incredible place, this is the second time I've been to it and it's still wonderful!Vegetarian options: There are options on the menuDietary restrictions: The waiter asked if you have any type of dietary restrictions or allergies before placing your order.Kid-friendliness: Yes it is for all ages

Will start by saying the server was nice and the service was decent. As for the food, a can of Spaghettios would have been better (no exaggeration). All the pasta noodles were hard, mashed potatoes were sour, and the pizza a bit sad. The worst, we got a raw chicken tender and only found out it was undercooked by chance when we pulled apart the chicken for one of our small children (thank goodness we happened to rip the chicken apart). The server and a manager acknowledged the undercooked chicken and offered to replace it or substitute it for something else. We opted for a simple side of kids fries. By the time we discovered raw chicken to when the fries came out, about 20 mins had gone by and everyone else was nearly done eating. The bill came and I was a little surprised to even find the side of kid fries added to the bill. Coming from the restaurant industry myself, cheap $4 fries would have been an item I would have easily comped in this situation, especially considering the fact that a Disney restaurant of all places served a child an undercooked chicken tender (probably the most popular menu item in Disney World). It wasn’t as though we were dissatisfied with the taste and just wanted something else, my little one got served something that probably would have made him sick. Nonetheless, we were tired as it was past 9pm at this point, we paid the bill and left.In short, we likely won’t be back anytime soon.

We got a last minute reservation through the Disney app and arrived on time only to wait another 15 minutes after our reservation time. No too bad but a little frustrating given we had a reservation. That said, it was a busy Saturday and everyone was hungry. The food was great, our server was kind and the atmosphere was pleasant. We’d come again, for sure. The lasagna and soup were must try items.

Service and setting was good but the food was terrible, especially given the fact you are paying around $30 for a plate of pasta. Lasagne had little vegetable filling (just pasta sheets) and the rigatoni calabrese was swimming in grease.

Should have read the food reviews first. We had spaghetti and meatballs and Bolognese for dinner. Both dinners were bland and essentially tasteless. You could get more flavor from a bottle of Ragu. We ate 25% of the dinners and trashed the rest. When our server picked up the remaining 75% not a question so they must be used to throwing away a lot of food. The bruschetta was very good and the service was good as well. If this restaurant was anywhere but Disney it would not last a month. It is not worth the wait or the price...look elsewhere.
