For such a big hotel the dining area is very small so there is always a queue, not helped by the lack of staff so the tables take a while to be cleared and there is always one person behind every counter and bar in the hotel. The breakfast is over priced for what it is and the food is cold. Make sure you dig for the food that is underneath closest to the heat for something luke warm.The selection of food is ok, but again for a large hotel the buffet area is small. Again, be prepared to queue if you want an omelette or eggs cooked your way. For the price I would expect a selection of flavoured teas and different coffees such as lattes, cappuccinos etc but there isn’t, they all come at an extra cost. Lastly, if you’re hoping for a relaxed quiet breakfast take some ear plugs.

What an amazing experience. As a vegan I was worried about the limited options of having breakfast here and I emailed the hotel in advance. Chef Marlene who made my food and she sent me a buffet! She was a happy chef who was delighted to help me. She made me the most delicious vegan omelette with vegan cheese, vegan sausages, impossible burgers with cheese, vegan rolls, sliced avocado and vegan butter. She made the food perfectly and it tasted amazing. The service was amazing especially hats of to Francisco who looked after our every nerd and nothing was too much for him. He is a great employee and the hotel should recognise him. He is a hard worker who never stops. Overall service was great, food was great and we had a great experience. Thank you also to Claudia and Heather who looked after us too. Breakfast was superb and we cannot wait to return.

Heather was excellent and attentive. The omelet station and crepe stations were great. For the price, a carving station would have provided a greater value. Very very very casual atmosphere, but that's the timeshare industry. Drinks were well made

We had a great experience here for the Mothers Day brunch. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing and friendly. We had Gemma as a server and she was attentive and kind and checked on us often. The man making the crepes and even came to our table to check to see how I liked it. Friendly staff, great food would definitely be back!

This buffet is pretty pricy for what it is, so make sure you come HUNGRY to get your money's worth. But everything In this part of Orlando is overpriced ?The omelet is made to order. Eggs and potato bar is warm and freshened. Pastries are good. Grits are great! The servers are wonderful and accommodating.I do come here a lot with no issues due to it being kid friendly with a simple selection of a quick breakfast.For cleanliness and food freshness this place gets a 5/5 from me.

Fresh fruits, pastries, bagels, muffins English muffins, biscuits with gravy on the side, scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, breakfast potatoes, name brand cereals, oatmeal, yogurt with granola and cranberry compote on the side and so much more. Your server brings you your drinks. We got hot coco, and OJ. Very good. They do charge an 18 percent gratuity on all checks. The server brings the bill after your breakfast. Friendly staff.

Food good. Service fine. But it’s a rip off 35 dollars after their added tip and you can’t even take the rest of your meal back to your room. I get not letting people take endless plates up but for the crazy cost everyone should get to take one box/plate of food back.It’s a complete scam of a set up. I can’t eat 28 dollars worth of food at once and I don’t want to sit for 4 hours trying to get a meal down when I could take it back and spread it out through the day.

We ate there 4 mornings (20-23 Aug) in a row and the food was consistently delicious and well prepared!!! The fruit was delicious as well!!! The server Heather was warm and very accommodating!!! She noticed everything, nothing got by her!!! The cooks Sonya & Marlahey prepared the most awesome Omelets!!! These ladies both have the most beautiful and welcoming smiles that made us feel right at home! They were also warm and accommodating!!! They provided service with the most beautiful and genuine smiles as well as awesome personalities. I would also like to mention the female and male greeter, as well as Ashley who were very helpful and accommodating. The service and atmosphere were off the chain!!! Meaning superior!!!!!!
