The attention was spectacular and the food was 10/10 only that when paying the bill we tried to look for a coupon of 25% that they should send us for having completed the reservation online but they did not send it, even so the waitress who attended us at least could compensate a little by solving 10% at least a little but for the rest everything very satisfactory.

The experience wasn't good this time. We had to wait a long time for our well-done meat, and when it finally arrived, it was still pink inside. The service was good and dessert was enjoyable, but the main reason I went - the meat - was disappointing. We clearly requested it well done, yet it was still undercooked. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I know this is not a popular opinion but I was really disappointed in the experience. For one I signed up for the rewards and got a coupon for signing up additionally my mom's birthday was on Valentine's Day and she was supposed to get a reward however the fine print says you cannot use on Saturdays or Valentine's Day. Secondly before looking at the bar menu I ordered water they knew it was our first time there and then they did not tell me that it was sparkling water that I was going to get charged $15 for. Third I really wasn't impressed by the salad bar I am a picky eater and I didn't know what was there because it didn't have any signs dedicating what was the food but it was not nothing that great in my opinion anyway. I did not like the idea that the potatoes and french fries were put on the table to get cold by the time I was able to eat them even though they would give you more I just was sick of people always coming to my table. And that brings me to my next point is that the meet guys came over constantly and I just didn't feel relaxed. I also kept on I'd ask you for a medium done meat but it was always too red but I was so overwhelmed with everyone coming to my table that I didn't even bother telling them to get me something different. The service was excellent but it should be for the price lastly. My husband didn't realize that tip was in luded and gave 20 percent.I will never go there again it was not worth it just saying

The salad bar was very impressive and absolutely delicious, a great variety and everything was fresh and well prepared.

The challenge came after we were first seated. I was asked what temperature I preferred for my meat, and I specifically said well done. However, as the servers began bringing meat around, I was consistently offered medium rare. I’m sure it’s excellent prepared that way, but it’s not what I requested.

I waited through several rounds hoping well-done options would come by, and eventually mentioned it to one of the servers carrying meat. He acknowledged my request, left to presumably get it, but never returned. After some time, I brought it up again to our waiter, and he was able to have someone bring me well-done meat.

It just felt a bit confusing to be asked for my preferred temperature if there isn’t a clear system in place to ensure guests are served accordingly without having to repeatedly ask or wait. Overall, the food was very good, but improving that coordination would definitely enhance the experience.

This was my first time trying Texas de Brazil and I was super excited. The food was really great, and the atmosphere was nice but the service and the people coming around with meats was extremely slow and we had to keep asking for cuts to be brought to our table. It seemed like it was moderately busy, so it’s understandable but for the price you’re paying, I would love to see the service be a bit better.

The food was amazing. Great customer service. People were very attentive, and they kept coming to us to refill even if we had the meat circle red 😅 Although I wouldn’t recommend putting in the booking you are celebrating your birthday. They don’t provide complimentary dessert and they just write happy birthday on a plate and sing happy birthday to you with just a candle. It was pretty awkward and I just wish they didn’t do it at all if they can’t even include a complimentary slice of cake 😭

Quality of meats was not the best. Some meats were chewy and some had too much fat. Some were good but overall the meats were not the best as in the past.

We have dined at Texas de Brazil a few times on various occasions and today's visit was probably our best experience. Our server, Bruna, was exceptionally attentive and friendly. We asked for a special table and were seated in a great location. Food was delicious as always.

We really love this place! Food and service was incredible! Only giving 4 stars because we went for a special birthday lunch, one of our guests REALLY wanted lamb chops. Unfortunately, they do not offer lamb chops or filet for lunch. Their website does not specifically say that. Other than that, we made the best of it and truly enjoyed our experience.
