I watched the world baseball classic final USA vs Venezuela at the bar. great atmosphere, steak was undercooked, missing a couple of toppings, but that's ok. texas roadhouse 9/10 times gets it right. the fried onion was on the money!

Food is great with a wide variety. Our server (can't remember her name) was great, had such personality! You need to be ready to walk into a crowded, loud restaurant (it's a casual, fun, family friendly place)! And the rolls. You cannot live your life without trying TRH rolls!!!

I've been visiting Texas Roadhouse since I worked there 30 years ago. The food is still quality made and delicious. Our server, Susanna, provided some of the best service I've had in years. What stood out was that despite how busy they were, she was constantly checking on us. The food came out quickly and she kept making sure we were provided for with a great attitude.
I love Texas Roadhouse they are by far my favorite restaurant, but I was so disappointed with this one I went to. The Service was ok but the food was terrible. I sent my food back twice because wit came out warm. The second time I sent it with the manager which said he would take care of it, didn’t come out any better and he reheated my steak which it made it well done and I eat my steak medium rare. My husband food and family members food was also warm. The Managers acted as if he was going us a favor but was bothered by it, you can see it in his face. I will not return to this location. I did a review and no one even got back to me. Disappointed!!!

Enjoyed dinner here on Friday night. Delicious food and great service. Casey was our server and he did a fantastic job! Had a sirloin, cooked to perfection. Cactus blossom was tasty, as usual. Got to enjoy the birthday celebration a few tables down when the staff lined up to sing. Overall a great experience!

From start to finish everything was great, from being greeted and seated very quickly to the food, everything was cooked perfectly and in a timely manner. The prices are lower than expected and definitely more affordable than the competition down the street. Will be back soon!

I had an extremely disappointing experience dealing with Melisa as a manager. Her behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I interacted with her. Instead of being helpful or respectful, she spoke to customers in a dismissive and condescending way that made the environment very uncomfortable.
What made the situation even worse was the way her employee seemed to follow the same tone and attitude. Rather than creating a welcoming atmosphere, the staff mirrored Melisa’s disrespectful approach. It felt like basic customer service and professionalism were completely absent.
Most concerning was the sense of discrimination in the way people were treated. Certain customers appeared to receive noticeably different treatment, which is unacceptable in any workplace. No one should feel judged or treated unfairly when simply trying to do business.
Management sets the tone for the entire team, and unfortunately Melisa’s leadership created a negative, hostile experience. I would strongly recommend that the company address these issues and provide serious training on professionalism, respect, and nondiscriminatory customer service.

Steak came out cold. I sent it back. I asked for a whole new plate because if my food was cold it was sitting and now the steak was reheated and not remade. I just moved to the area: (1 appreciate a discount to make it right. Moving forward remake the steak not reheat. Guest experience is important.

The best Filet in town and our favorite steakhouse. Tender, juicy and cooked to perfection — and we’re picky! They serve this hot sweet bread as soon as you sit, the sweet potato well cooked and huge, the green beans tenderly cooked with bacon. No one cooks so deliciously and serve so quickly. Then to top off with their awesome customer service, thanks Alejandro!
