Food is not that good for that price. We 16 chicken wings and it wasn’t enough I am still hungry. And there was a hidden service charge i didn’t know. And they dont offer anything special. No need to come here. Will never come back.

I work from home but I don’t live in Orlando. I had to stay over due to being called into the office for business meeting and presentation. I was hungry and decided to eat at TGIF. The food is American cuisine fun food or full course meals if you desire. I ordered my meal and had a few drinks that were amazing and looked just like the menu photos. It was late but the staff didn’t act as if was a rush to get me out. I was greeted by the manager on duty and seated by him as well. All in all I enjoyed the food, music, and you know sports bar, family mix or single atmosphere

We went the night our family got in town. It was late about 1030pm. We all the TBS trio.. the portions were smaller than we get other Fridays and we sat with empty drinks most of themeal. One of us had to go up to the bar and get refills for the entire table. We were tired from traveling all day and were disappointed in this location.

My first time at TGI Fridays. Party of 2 .We got there exactly 1 hours and 10 before close. There was not line we waited 7 minutes before we got seated, good start. We didn’t know what to get yet so we just got waters and waiter said she’d comeback she came back 35 minutes later and said I forgot about yall. Got food 15 minutes before closing. I got a crispy chicken sandwich the chicken was burnt and so was the bread, my friend liked her wings. The waiter Victoria and the manger rushed and pressured us so much to leave. When they didn’t take our order. Horrible customer service.

We visited November 9, 2025 at around 6:30-7:00pm. We had Charlie as our waiter. Extremely rude and poor customer service. He told my fiancé he has a special pen and not to steal the pen because “she looks like she steals” as we were checking out and paying for our food. Instant no tip and should have asked to speak with the manager. Food was cold and the atmosphere there is dead. I wish I would have read reviews prior to going because it seems like this place is a horrible establishment for several people. Please if you are reading this don’t eat here.

I visited this restaurant recently and had a very disappointing experience with the service. I waited at the bar for approximately 10 minutes before I asked the waitress for a menu. During that time, she was very chatty with other patrons but did not acknowledge me at all—she didn’t say hello or ask if she could help me.
Even after receiving the menu, that I asked for, she made no effort to check on me, so I decided to get up and approach the front. I spoke with another employee and explained that I had been waiting at the bar and had received no assistance. The waitress was wearing a black hoodie-style short dress with a skeleton design, and while she was friendly with the patron next to me, she made no effort to assist me despite the restaurant being fairly empty.
I was ready to order food, but she did not make any contact. I also noticed she was taking out clean cups for the other patron, which made the lack of attention to me feel even more frustrating. Since I had been waiting for close to 10 minutes without any acknowledgment, I decided to move to a booth, but ultimately I chose to leave because I did not feel welcome and felt the service was poor.
When I asked to speak to the manager, Brian, I found him to be rude and disrespectful. He repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking. When I asked for the name of the general manager, he said it was Jerry. When I asked when Jerry would be available, he refused to provide the information, claiming it was a safety issue. I was only seeking to ensure I could contact him to share my experience, not to visit in person.
Overall, my experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The service I received was unacceptable, and I hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening to other patrons in the future.

We parked here and had some food and drinks. Witch was not that good and over price. They told us we can park our car her and walk around. That we had 5 1/2 hours and we can get our car snd leave. When we tried to leave we could not. We had to pay for more food and drinks and pay to leave. You need to be up font and let people know they have to pay to park and eat this the restaurant. Thats bad customer service. If you would have told me i would have left and not dine in. I need my refund on food, drinks, snd parking. I will be calling corp on your restaurant
