I used to come here when I lived in the area. I went for Thanksgiving 2025 since I was driving by. I was excited to visit a TGI Friday's since there are almost extinct. There are only (8) operating in Florida, three of those in Orlando and (79) in the whole USA. They filed for bankruptcy in November 2nd, 2024. I will go again before they close for good. I used to love going, especially in Time Square NYC back in the day.

My family & I just left less than 10 minutes ago and I decided to call in to say that hubby was unimpressed with the relatively small portion of chicken that was placed on his sandwich. I asked to speak to the manager and she (middle aged black lady gray hair) says that she is sorry that she can’t do anything because we are no longer there and we should have said something while we were there. She is missing the point that the non fulfillment derailed his expectations and he wanted nothing else but to leave and not cause a scene as this evening is very busy. The fact that the manager walked the plates out without checking portions is a little disheartening. There was no incentive or offer to make this right and just an I appreciate you for calling which prompted this review.

Food was okay. It was overpriced, and the waitress, Victoria, kept putting her breasts on my husband, and kept making jokes with him. I was not pleased!!

I see a lot of negative reviews about this place so let me add another one one I’m a server so I understand the service industry but this place is so beyond unprofessional it’s unreal so I see that they had the new Christmas drinks well they have one with a Santa Claus cup and before I even ordered it I had ask the server if you could keep the cup she proceeded to tell me yes but there’s only 2 in the store so I was like well if you don’t have the cup then I don’t want the drink and mind you I took maybe 2-3 sips out of the drink that’s it is was still really full anyways after everything and I asked for boxes I proceeded to ask her again am I allowed to keep the cup because I only got the drink for the cup then she wants to tell me no so I said well I wanna take the drink off my bill because again I only took 2-3 sips out of it and only wanted it for the cup then she was like let me go get the manager so the manager Craig is his name ☺️ came to the table and was like I came to be the bear of bad news as he said and I said well I asked for this drink to be taken off because I only wanted it for the cup hence on why I didn’t really drank the drink and he was like well I can’t take it off and again I know he can he just didn’t want to but I said well I didn’t really even touch it and then he goes I’m not going to argue with you so I said it’s fine whatever and paid my bill clearly yall need new management and new servers that actually know what they are talking about because they obviously do not I refuse to come back here because of how unprofessional they are oh and the servers name is noorhan

You have to wait a very long time to order here, then you have to wait a long time to get your food, then you have to wait a long time for them to bring your check and then another long wait to get your credit card. The whole thing was so annoying, but we had driven four hours to the area and was hungry and made the terrible decision to have dinner here. We had potato skins as our appetizer, a chicken rice bowl and Cesar salad. We throughly enjoyed our drinks. They are known for their mudslide and it was delicious! But our server was not attentive and barely came to our table. We had to flag down other servers to help us. If you were attentive, I would have left an amazing tip, but since your service was sub par, you deserve the tip I left!
