Yesterday evening around 5 pm, I had gone out to dinner with a friend at this location.When we got inside, we stood there for a solid 5 to 7 minutes and MIND you the whole restaurant had about 15 customers. There were two servers about 20 feet away that looked at us a couple of times and then finally came to walk us to our table. We waited an additional 10 minutes for our waitress to come and not even offer us any drinks. The table that we were sitting at was absolutely disgusting and sticky, and when I opened up my food menu, It was caked in barbecue sauce and really greasy.We waited there for about another 10 minutes and nobody came to even serve us drinks, so we went to go sit at the bar and the bartender was absolutely the best.Other than the bartenders, it seemed like nobody wanted to do their job and the place needs to be deep cleaned and sanitized.I highly recommend a health inspector go check the food expiration in the back.

Food and service were average. Paid around 50 dollars for 2 Kids meals and 2 adult orders of cheeseburgers. The cheeseburger didnt fill up my husband. We didn't order beverages.

Asked for no bacon got bacon, it was a to go order. I opened my box and there was bacon all over it. I had to wait at the restaurant an additional 15 mins for a new batch. That wasn’t the problem, it was after asked for a drink while I waited, I was given a tiny to go cup that was $5, which, I didn’t realize nor did I ask for my drink to-go being as though I would be waiting there. At this location don’t expect to be courteous even if they mess up your order. This particular manager was insulting and rude making it seem like I was there to get free food. I was there to pick up my order. That’s it, they messed up the order. So instead of being rude and insulting, try being PROFESSIONAL.
