The food was really good and the service too. It was not busy when we dined and everything was as expected. Nothing special but nothing to complain about.

It was a decent visit to TGIF. I Was DISAPPOINTED that you have to wait till 9:00 pm to do endless app. The store was a little dirty and it was not that busy.

Fried green beans appetizer were some of the best we've ever had. spinach dip was also very good. Adult beverages were also good. We didn't eat dinner, so the jury is still out on the quality of their meals.

Ordered a medium rare steak and got it medium well, replaced cement wasn't much better. Food took FOREVER to come out and the only person who seemed to be serving was the bartender, I dont see anyone else working. Our waitress was alright and the food isnt her fault but a quick look through the reviews tells me this place needs a better managerial staff and a completely different cook.

In fairness, we didn't eat there this visit... we left. My wife specifically wanted the endless apps that we've seen advertised on television for weeks. We arrived at 8:00pm only to be informed that endless apps doesn't start until 9:00pm. I'm sure that this disclaimer is buried somewhere in fine print on the TV ad, but it's certainly not something that's made obvious. It's also not mentioned anywhere on the website (endless apps isn't mentioned at all). Anyway, we think it's pretty lame that we drove all the way there only to be denied. Lame, Friday's... lame.

Very poor service and long wait times for food. idk why it takes 20 minutes for cheese sticks when we’re basically the only ones in the restaurant. Also, they have a list of holiday drinks by the host stand. The bartender said that they did not have a specialty menu created and basically wanted me to walk back to the host stand to look instead of just telling me what they were. No thanks. Prime example of why TGIF is and should be going out of business.

Host was not very aware of customers as they walked in. Had to go get her from Bar area where she spent most of the time after I was seated. She had told me she wasn't at the door b/c they had just rotated servers, it was 6:20pm. Place was very empty and no one seemed to worried about the customers

Even though this place is a tourist trap with no advertised specials, Our server Reinaldo was awesome. Food was really good. Ambience was good. And the location is prime. But it is a tourist trap and it doesnt follow regular Fridays specials and offers.

The food was really good and the server Louis was really good even though he was the only one working and running about to make sure everyone was ok and had what they needed.
Loved this place! Our server, Luis was extremely nice, friendly and personable! We got in right away and the food came very quickly. I would 100% reccomend this TGI Fridays. The food was also very good.

We waited in the front lobby for over 10 minutes to be seated. Multiple employees looked at us, but none came to assign us a table. We ended up leaving. This location always has issues. There's another closer to the airport that is better.

We went to the Disney springs Fridays for a late night meal after seeing the unlimited apps promotion. However on arrival we were told that the Fridays we were in was not participating in that promotion and we ended up having a mediocre meal, where the medium well steaks were very well cooked and were not very hot. The wings were good though.
