Thai Silk is an absolute gem—especially if you’re vegan and gluten-free. It is so refreshing to walk into a restaurant where dietary needs aren’t an afterthought. The clearly marked gluten-free and vegan options made ordering easy and stress-free, and everything felt intentional rather than modified as an after-the-fact workaround. And the peanut sauce… wow. Hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly balanced—rich, savory, slightly sweet, and deeply flavorful without being heavy. It elevated every dish it touched and honestly deserves special recognition all on its own. The food was fresh, beautifully prepared, and deeply satisfying, and the overall experience made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for as a guest with dietary restrictions. I’ll absolutely be coming back—and recommending Thai Silk to anyone looking for exceptional vegan and gluten-free Thai food done right.

I ordered som tam (papaya salad) Thai style with pla ra, but the flavor was very bad and not authentic at all. It was also overpriced.
They charged an extra $3 for the pla ra sauce, which was disappointing. It should be optional. I paid because I wanted to try it, but I was very disappointed.
If this was made by an adult, the taste was unacceptable—even a kid from Thailand could make it much better.

Great spot for traditional Thai food. Huge vegan menu with tons of options for food, drinks and desserts. Staff is very friendly and the food is perfect.

The place looked like it was ahit down which should have been our 1st warning. They do have vegan food but tasted below average. They wanted you in and out quickly eventhough there were no other customers. There was no music or any noise. It was the quietest restaurant we have been in.
I'm certain they try hard but but I would highly avoid the place.
The seats were torn, there was no air conditioning and no one at the front desk. There is a couple who run the place and they barely speak English. I asked for water and didn't get it, and they charged me five dollars for nothing.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city, I would say everything is good, but I had the pad Thai once and then never got anything else because I just keep ordering it over and over again. All of the rest of the pad Thai in the city sucks compared to this place.
Love the owners, they know mine and my boyfriend’s order by our faces 😭😅
Definitely a little bit on the pricey side, but the portions are really big. Atmosphere is lacking but the food is worth it imo. We’ll be back time and time again.

Really impressive Thai restaurant. Fab they have an extensive vegan menu and they offer the vegan menu first to customers! Delicious food. Most items could be made gluten free. Very expensive but tasty!
