Huge rip off. Food was good, ordered online. Paid 150$ for basically three SMALL dishes and two SMALL appies… couldn’t believe how overpriced the food was for serving size. I never write these, but holy hell what a ripOff.

Kind of a hole in the wall tourist trap-online prices significantly less than in the restaurant (see photos: -veg soup online: 3.95, in restaurant 10.95; pad Thai 11.95 online, 18.95 in restaurants, etc Spring rolls were fresh, mango sticky rice was good, but the pad Thai was not the savory deliciousness that we have enjoyed at other Thai restaurants. Just be aware that it’s ok, but not great. Pricing does not consistently match quality.

I was super excited to find a Thai vegan place near my work. Until I had a $30 Panang curry. The family was super nice that ran it but like come on- the pricing was insane. And many workers in the area need to eat that support these tourism businesses need to eat- really you're going to price gouge us that work our asses off for pennies off I Drive for mice or wizards? Very disappointing. Food was good too but I won't be back. Panang curry (white rice, curry, carrots, green peppers, and snow peas with a meat substitute) should never be more than $15. And it was delicious. I won't be back. It wasn't a five star restaurant it was a lunch break. Place was empty. I wonder why. No one can afford to eat here

Not good at all. Miso soup tasted sour and had something red floating in it. Spring rolls with tofu and vegetables fell apart and was tasteless. $38 dinner was not edible.

Very traditional Thai food. The couple who runs it was very friendly and nice. The food was excellent. I ordered a yellow curry chicken that came perfectly balanced between spiciness and flavor.Vegetarian options: They have a separate vegetarian menu.

I ordered from Uber Eats, tried to cancel my order. Called the restaurant in one minute of ordering to cancel my order. Owner knew who I was and said, you have to do it through Uber Eats.......spoke to a rep on UberEats, they called the restaurant 3x. The restaurant refused to pick up. UberEats told me even if I cancel my order I still have to pay for it. Are you kidding me! Any business that will do that to a loyal customer deserves 0 stars. I will never order from them again and I will have nothing good to say about Thai Silk!!!!!!!!

It's not terrible, but not as okay. It's a small business, so I can't expect a high class meal of some sort. As someone who travels with family, I've learned to neglect my hunch for places that might look off. But this time my hunches were right. Going back to the "hunches"; I felt skeptic the way the interior was, and how there were barely customers there. I've seen a few of them arrive only for takeout/online orders. I came here during the late afternoon, but I expected there to be at least a few tables occupied. But I soon realized why. The prices of the menu are nonsensical. $25 for a plate of chicken and rice? I could buy the same thing for about $12. And the thing is, I don't understand why it costs $10 for only three rolls of egg rolls. I'm pretty sure you can get at least twice the amount of rolls for that price. The unit price of each spring roll is around $3, and I'm talking $3 for each roll. With these prices, I don't think complaining about this would make someone a "cheapskate" at this point. Sure, they might need money. Yet, it won't attract customers the way they're selling their menu. I'm sure those prices are scaring customers off, because it definitely scared me. Still on the topic of money, the taste of the food in relation to the price of the food isn't worth the bite. I've noticed that the teriyaki and pad thai dish were drenched in sauce. I assume that the dish overall would have been bland without it. Even with the sauce, I'm not tasting much of the natural personality behind the food. It's just monotonous to the taste buds. I've tried plenty of Asian food in the past, and I can certainly say that Thai Silk's food does not taste like the Asian food I used to eat. There are some pros about the place, in case you're wondering. They have two different menus; one for vegans, and one for non-vegans. Good thing that they have a variety of things on the vegan menu as I am also vegan along the lines. I haven't seen many Asian restaurants be specialized in both categories. Usually the only vegan options would be vegetables and tofu, but they even have vegan chicken here. What a rarity. The lady who worked around the restaurant was polite. Service wasn't too slow, I'll give them that. Keep in mind that English is not any of the staff's first language, but they try their best to communicate despite the language barriers. I'm not stopping you from going here, but I wouldn't recommend Thai Silk if you're looking for an authentic experience.

Taste really not that good. The fried rice was over fried and smells bad.

Love how large of a vegan menu they had. The dish was delicious (but it was a bit too greasy). Otherwise, the veggies were fresh and it was very flavorful. A great option if you have vegan friends!
