Stayed for 4 days during and after Ian. The staff was amazing especially the breakfast hustle, we chose to eat on-site and stay off the roads like a majority of other guests so they were busier probably than a typical day. They made lunch available not usually served, again they stepped up and took care of everyone like it was a daily occurrence made the experience that much more welcoming. Dinners again they had a line constantly at the register to order, and again just kept going with a great attitude and each person I observed ordering was treated like they were each the priority. Great staff and amazing job when things were not optimal, made it seem like an everyday occurrence.

Very nice Courtyard - modern, solid. Are there issues ? Yes. Hard to get to. Also, breakfast - first off the service was fast, friendly and the person - she was great. I got oatmeal...it was luke warm and they don't have brown sugar. Who doesn't have brown sugar for oatmeal. You're eating there - there's nothing around. I'll stay again.

This was undoubtedly the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I have seen in a hotel in a long time. It was like sleeping on cement. In addition, the hot and cold faucets were reversed, and you have to pay for breakfast. All in all a very poor choice given the number of hotels in the immediate area.

Ever wonder why titanium and platinum Marriott members REFUSE to stay at this property? Red Roof and No Tell Motel would be a better choice. Cleanliness 3... just below mediocre. Noise 1.... kids partying in their rooms and the hallways. Disappointed? Disgusted and fed up. The onus is on the management and management should step up and accept responsibility.

Overall: Not Recommended This hotel is UNDER RENOVATION: What that means to the guest? Bistro Closed, Fitness Center Closed the hotel is a complete mess. The outside of the hotel looks like a dump, overflowing dumpsters, trash all over the place, it looks terrible. The new rooms are nothing special, a very basic room the bed is comfortable but the pillows are terrible, bring your own pillow. The way the bed is set up it is a very uncomfortable position to watch TV in bed. The balcony had no furniture but full of cigarette butts. The new bathroom area is poor. The lightening for the mirror is poor, the shower is very narrow and uncomfortable. They put two shelves and one the shelves has a rough edge so when you turn or try to move you hit with your back or arm. They should stop Renovating this hotel and fix this problem. Elevators are all a mess. Construction-workers not wearing masks, the heavy chemical smells, overall Marriott Failed again. This hotel should be closed to the public until completely finished. Customer Service was good. The young lady that checked me was polite, friendly and very apologetic.

I booked 10 rooms at this hotel for my sons baseball team. It was the worst week ever. No hot water in mornings. Ever. They said the boiler took a while to get going. Construction has the hotel in terrible condition. Construction noise was unbearable. Jack hammering at all hours. The rooms are small and out dated. No cleaning services. No clean towels. One day we had no water at all. We checked out today and are checking in a Hilton property. SO disappointing!!!!

Quick service. Good food at reasonable prices. They have Starbuck's coffee. Friendly staff. Menu is a little small, but pretty good range.

We stayed here for a weekend while attending a wedding in Winter Park. The hotel is in the middle of a business park and is obviously aimed at lower level managers visiting, trainees, or interviewees. The lobby is nice and the staff are friendly but the room and bathroom are very dated. It gets the job done but very basic rooms. It is about a $12 Uber ride to Park Street in Winter Park.

My car was broken into in the middle of the night along with 7 other cars. Glass was shattered all throughout the parking lot. When trying to figure things out the hotel responded by saying that no cameras are present on the sides of the hotel. My belongs were never safe at this hotel.

Stayed here for business. The location not great, but the service is. Rooms are definitely dated and could use a facelift. For a low price and brief stay it'll work just fine, but not a vacation hotel.

All the staff is phenomenal here!!! I can't thank the two gals that served me enough! After a horrible day with Maitland they provided a kind friendly ear and a delicious latte! Spot on! I love Marriott!
