What we received from Door Dash was ok. None of the specialty requests were followed. But the hamburgers and one order of fries were very tasty. My issue was that two of the 3 orders of fries did not show up. I’m assuming since two of the fries were “combos” with drinks they were somehow forgotten. But that combo takes a $5.60 burger to over $12.00. So when you don’t get fries for them…that’s wildly disappointing. When the total to deliver 5 burgers, 3 fries and 2 drinks is over $70 with tip….there should be better accuracy followed on the orders.

It was lunch.our waiter was melo , friendly excellent service ..clean restaurant .very very nice place for a dinner...we went to water ford lakes shopping center

Brisket is still horrible. We have not been there for years because the brisket was horrible but my husband wanted to see if it got better. No it did not. Prices are also really high for that poor quality of food. There is a reason they are always empty even on Friday and Saturday nights.

This isn't even real. It's for Grubhub scabs or something.Take out orders competing with your dine-in customers or something? Why is this fake stuff popping up everywhere? Get rid of it

I ordered out and got the BOGO burger deal. When I got there no one was at the front but anytime a server past by me they made sure to ask if I was helped. It didn't take long for me to get helped and while I was waiting for my order a separate server asked if I would like a drink while I waited. Overall the service was amazing and super friendly. The food was amazing considering it was $25 for 4 burgers. I have no complaints.

Delivery orders are consistently wrong. If you order something without an ingredient, they put extra and exclude an ingredient that was supposed to stay on the food. It almost feels deliberate. Ordered 4 burgers the exact same way and all 4 were made worng, but in a different way for each one? Food is sloppy and ingredients are definitely not fresh. Lettuce and onions look disgusting all the time. Seriously, save yourself the aggravation and disgust and just stay away from this place.

Smokey Bones was my go to restaurant for everything from classic baby back ribs to Filet Mignon and skillet cookie with ice cream 2 or 3 times a week for years. Over the past 12 months the menu no longer includes onion rings, skillet cookie with ice cream and a handful of my favorites. The food preparation has changed and is almost inedible. My kids; through Door Dash, ordered the full rack of baby back ribs, fries, side of coleslaw for my birthday. The meat was dry, undercooked and did not fall off the bone, desert (banana something or other), chocolate cake with ice cream where the worst I've ever had and was sick that night and all the next day. If not for the bartender and wait staff I would never go back. No longer recommend.
