Brisket is still horrible. We have not been there for years because the brisket was horrible but my husband wanted to see if it got better. No it did not. Prices are also really high for that poor quality of food. There is a reason they are always empty even on Friday and Saturday nights.

This isn't even real. It's for Grubhub scabs or something.Take out orders competing with your dine-in customers or something? Why is this fake stuff popping up everywhere? Get rid of it

I ordered out and got the BOGO burger deal. When I got there no one was at the front but anytime a server past by me they made sure to ask if I was helped. It didn't take long for me to get helped and while I was waiting for my order a separate server asked if I would like a drink while I waited. Overall the service was amazing and super friendly. The food was amazing considering it was $25 for 4 burgers. I have no complaints.

Delivery orders are consistently wrong. If you order something without an ingredient, they put extra and exclude an ingredient that was supposed to stay on the food. It almost feels deliberate. Ordered 4 burgers the exact same way and all 4 were made worng, but in a different way for each one? Food is sloppy and ingredients are definitely not fresh. Lettuce and onions look disgusting all the time. Seriously, save yourself the aggravation and disgust and just stay away from this place.

Smokey Bones was my go to restaurant for everything from classic baby back ribs to Filet Mignon and skillet cookie with ice cream 2 or 3 times a week for years. Over the past 12 months the menu no longer includes onion rings, skillet cookie with ice cream and a handful of my favorites. The food preparation has changed and is almost inedible. My kids; through Door Dash, ordered the full rack of baby back ribs, fries, side of coleslaw for my birthday. The meat was dry, undercooked and did not fall off the bone, desert (banana something or other), chocolate cake with ice cream where the worst I've ever had and was sick that night and all the next day. If not for the bartender and wait staff I would never go back. No longer recommend.

The food was so great and our server, Matthew, was a delight. We always had our drinks topped off and I absolutely destroyed those wings.

Blais was an amazing serving the food was great the restaurant is nice and clean the food was steaming hot with lots of flavor and the drinks were very appealing and tasteful. We’ll definitely be back

We ordered through Uber eats and ordered 2 Burgers and a large fry. Unfortunately we did not receive our burgers and the fries were INEDIBLE due to the dump truck load of salt on them, and I really like salt so this was not a personal preference thing. On top of them being way over seasoned, they were all unevenly cooked with some of them still being raw and crunchy in the center. Uber refunded us for the burgers and when I politely called to inform the restaurant of the situation, the manager on duty was almost dismissive and rushed me off the phone. I'd give 1 star if I was not refunded but I will not order from here again. This place will forever been known as The Disappointing Burger Exerience to me.
