The Capital Grille

Food: Outstanding! Service: Exceptional!!!!! I had the Lamb Chops; my husband had the Kona Crusted NY Strip. Delicious! We've never had a bad meal here and the service is always great, but our server today was exceptional! Carrie made us feel welcome and valued. She was just amazing!

our table was in the pathway and people kept hitting the chairs and it was very disruptive. Our waiter came over and then never saw him again for 30 minutes. He ended up sending over another round of drinks that we never ordered. and they were on the bill. Our steaks were over done. I returned mine and when it came out again , it didn't have much taste at 89.00. we were so disappointed . We go every year due to a trade show and will not go back next year

Waitress was really pushy and refused to serve tap water. Said they don't offer it in the restaurant which I thought was weird.

Our main took extremely long to come out. We were there well over an hour before we got our meal. Our sever was wonderful and checked in on us. I was celebrating my birthday and the presentation for celebrations was great. I felt the restaurant added a special touch with the roses and the birthday card etc. This would have been a top notch experience if it wasn't for the delay of the meal.

Glad they sat us down for dinner in the back room, but you could still hear the noisy tables in the main dining room.

My 3 friends and myself had the greatest service experience last Thursday with Demetra Yacalis. She was attentive, worked with us on some of our special food allergies, and made sure that we were completely satisfied. we would give her 10 stars if that was a category The food as always was excellent. We will be back  thank you Demetta and everyone working at Capital Grille

Our service with Mariah was outstanding. A little disappointed entrees took a long time and steaks were not hot and light on sauce. Potatoes augratin very hot and delicious. overall experience was excellent because Mariah's attentiveness.

Hard to rate as the food and service was good but our table was crammed in and we had the table which somehow was the runway for guest an waitress to bang our table walking by which made our night unpleasant. The manager did understand and apologized. She bought us a drink and desert. The soups and dinners wer3 very good.

Me and my fiance celebrated our engagement there and they really went above and beyond to make us feel special even on such a short notice. Specifically Preston Nale. He delivered phenomenal service and had such fun energy. Will definitely go back and request him.

Gus was our server and he was amazing would love to have him back from the moment to the end he was very outstanding and so patient with explaining the menu will be coming back !

We love Capital Grille, but this location is exceptional. They take amazing food and service that you expect to receive at Capital Grille, and go above and beyond at this location.... We will be back every time we visit Orlando

I'm a Capital Grill regular but they were overwhelmed on NYE. We had a 9:45 pm reservation and they were trending 60 mins late so we grabbed seats at the bar. It was chaotic and the food and service suffered as a result. Our apps just weren't good and we were told the kitchen was closing even though they had a full restaurant of people just sitting down. Based on the spotty apps, we just canceled our meal order as most of the steaks around us were being sent back. Unfortunate experience and hoping they do better next time or I'll be finding a new go-to steak house.

All I can say from my experience is wow! I was getting pretty tired of the same 3 foods and decided to treat myself. Orlando is one of those areas that can get pretty repetitive where most employees are just sick of the tourists, treat you as if you were bothering them, and leave you with a bad experience and encourage you to review the brand negatively. This was the complete opposite. What a refreshing experience to get away from all the chaos and experience some fine dining. Though it is pricey I can promise you will go home full and feeling like you cannot eat anymore for the rest of the night.

I ordered The Doli as a cocktail, which blew my mind as it was full of flavor but had a strong kick at the end, I then followed up with the lobster bisque which was full of lobster and very rich in flavor. For the main course I went with the Seared Tenderloin with Butter Poached Lobster, a classic surf and turf that was amazing. (Hint: order with the Kona coffee for extra flavor). I finished off the meal with The Capital Grille Cheesecake, a wonderful end to the meal.

Petra T was amazing and attentive in her service. She always checked on me, made sure I was enjoying the meal, and always filled the water before it got empty.

Great Job and I hope to be back to this location or another along my travels!

So me and my friend stumbled in here after a convention on October 31st and though the atmosphere and price point are a bit different than I'm used to, this was a wonderful experience. Our server (god i wish I remember his name) was amazing, engaging with us and treating us as if we had always belonged there (even though I was in full Terrifier attire and my friend was wearing a anime shirt). Probably won't be here again but its certainly not because of service, its just too much for me too afford 😔 Highly recommend their salmon dish its amazing!
