The Cheesecake Factory

I had a horrible birthday experience. Joseph was our waiter this was the worst experience I had at a Cheesecake Factory. I ordered a pasta dish and asked to replace it with Alfredo and the dish that came out wasn’t what I asked for. Joseph insisted it was correct but it wasn’t even after bringing it up a few times. He never came to our table and we had to keep looking for him. Our drinks never got refilled, I didn’t have a knife and eventually got it from another server, and even in the end he never gave us the Togo box. I had a free slice for my birthday on my account and he didn’t believe me, I had to prove it to him in 2 different ways. I was really excited to spend my birthday here and I left wanting to cry from how he was treating us. He tried taking dishes away that weren’t empty, and while I was eating my cheesecake he was rushing us to go home and waited til I was finished to get the plate and spoon off my hands. This was horrible customer service.

This is one of those experiences where outstanding customer service truly outweighs a very unfortunate situation.
Our waitress, Zoe, was hands down one of the best servers I have had in a long time. She was kind, attentive, and completely honest with her recommendations, even while the restaurant was busy. We were dining with two small children, including a two year old, and from the moment she arrived at the table, Zoe made the kids feel like VIPs. She immediately asked if the two year old could have bananas and what she would like to drink. She came back with a plate of sliced bananas, brown bread, and her own lemonade, then joked that the VIP had been served and asked what the rest of us would like. The two year old absolutely loved it.
Zoe also somehow produced crayons and coloring pages, which are not provided by the restaurant. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the entire dinner more enjoyable for everyone.
During dinner, there was a serious issue that occurred. I am allergic to shellfish, and despite Zoe double checking with both the kitchen and myself twice, a piece of calamari somehow made its way INTO the buffalo blast. My friend took a bite, and inside the buffalo blast was a whole baby octopus. It was clearly a prep kitchen mistake and something Zoe could not have known or prevented. She was absolutely mortified when we discovered it and immediately took action. She addressed the kitchen again, involved the manager, and handled the situation with professionalism and urgency.
Normally, something like this would result in a much lower review due to the safety concern. What made the difference was Zoe. I have never seen a server take responsibility and care the way she did, especially when the issue was completely out of her control. Her response, empathy, and follow through truly turned the night around.
By the end of the evening, it felt like the issue had been fully addressed, lessons were learned, and we were genuinely taken care of. Zoe made what could have been a very negative experience into a memorable one, and I am incredibly impressed.

It's been a little since I've been to a cheesecake factory, but this one reminded me why I love them. Great selection of food and appetizers made with quality. I specifically had their chicken parm pizza, which was amazing and filling enough for leftovers.

This one is in a mall great service. Food amazing

Jay Thomas was the best. Great service and I was recommended to try Cheesecake Factory for the first time and he made it a great experience . I’m a content creator & I’ll for sure have everyone stop by this location. Food was 8/10 and service was 10/10. Always checked in & made sure every need was met . Thank you. Will be back soon.

Went there tonight at 7:30pm, very disappointed, all four plates in our party were cold, the white rice was dry and looked like lumps. Service was poor too, and the food took long.

The food and service is good. The wait time in seating and receiving food is longer than other restaurants. The atmosphere is loud, it's hard to have a conversation in normal voice tone. Also, the restaurant is on the colder side temperature wise.
