This is the best CCF I have visited within the US - staff are always excellent and wait times tend to be reasonable even at peak times. The only recommendation would be to bring a light jacket or pull-over as the A/C can be a little on the chilly side but thats no bad thing for most of the year!

I want to be fair wiring this review as if I was to just rate the food it would be definitely 5 out of 5. Waitress Mikayla was great too. However, I left this place thinking why is it so hard to create a welcoming experience the moment you step inside? I reserved a table a week in advance for my birthday and arrived promptly with my family. There were THREE hostesses at the check in desk and NOBODY was eager to assist us. I had to push my way in and I was not greeted, no smile, NOTHING! I was just asked for a last name which is very common so I wanted to make sure it was my reservation but I was cut off and said to wait for about 30 minutes. To my surprise it was just unpleasant. You don’t typically wait to be seated 30-40 minutes upon having a reservation for a specific time which is by the way the place holds only for 10 minutes. And we made sure to arrive within the 10 minute frame. So I simply asked with a smile how was this possible at all and everyone just ignored me like I never asked a question and left the station. I sent my husband to confirm the wait estimate was correct and he came to the station again with TWO people now standing there. Nobody greeted him yet again, nobody smiled or even acknowledged he was actually standing there, as he started to talk they sent him to wait and to be promptly seated. Come on now! I get it that many people are antsy to get in and can be off a little now and then but when you are approached with kindness and see me very OBVIOUSLY waiting on a response - don’t pretend I’m not there. Such a horrible check in experience!!!!!! I wouldn’t come again honestly. For sure not for any celebrations which is such a shame as the rest of the staff was nice and welcoming. I received a lot of compliments from the other waiters and waitresses so I don’t think that being simply nice and polite is such a hard thing. I hope managers look into this. Thank you.

Amazing food

Was allocated 30 minutes wait time but we was nearly an hour for a table of 9 and a 7 month old baby..
Great experience as always....be careful not to top up on loads of bread as portion sizes of meals are still big lol.
I had 3 rolls of bread then orange chicken with brown rice and struggled to eat the rice.
Half of our party of 9 had trays to go.

I think the food overall is good but not the greatest in terms of the usual wait time without reservations. I feel like the menu is overwhelming but the dessert options are great.

This is my first time at this place and I am very happy and pleased with the food and service. I tried the appetizer bread and a margarita pizza for my meal and was absolutely amazing! Our server was really nice and patient, food was fast and good. I tried the s’mores cheesecake and it was amazing! Soft and crust is crunchy! I will definitely go back to this when I go back to Orlando! (We came to Orlando for a vacation)

More than an hour for a hamburger is too much.
Even the manager gave us an apology but wasn't enough.

They forgot my impossible burger. All my group had dinner and after they finished my burger was still pending. A disaster. I strongly don't recommend this place. Avoid it.

Food good quality , but my plate was pretty small Ahi tuna with( shrimp)?

We were at Cheesecake Factory off Conroy last night for a friend’s birthday party and there were 10 of us. I wanted to leave a review for Jean and Emy, our servers. They were so wonderful! Super attentive and overall great customer service. I was very impressed because that level of customer service doesn’t exist anymore, even in high-end places.They didn’t disappear on you. Like I said, very impressed and I wanted them to be recognized for their level of care. They were very appreciated. Thank you for making my friend’s birthday a great experience! 🙏

I'm giving our server 5 stars. However, we are giving the kitchen a 1 star because it took over an hour to get our food. An hour! Did all of the chefs call out today?

Your iced tea price is exorbitant at $4.99. I will no longer order beverages outside of water with my meal.

The green chili chicken enchiladas were delicious. To make them even better, please add a lot, A LOT more sauce.

We also ordered the spicey chicken chipoltle pasta-prepared to perfectiom, there was plenty of sauce this time.

We will come back but need to skip the tea and probably the cheesecake. The price for that is almost the same as the meal, too.

I'm happy you all are surviving this economy despite my comments.

I had something sharp in my salad. My dad had to send back his Burger because it was not cooked properly. My sister had to send back her omelette because it was undercooked. We had reservations but still had to wait for 42 minutes for our table.

I enjoy the CCF but the wait is unbearable!

we waited well over an hour and when I went to get our table I was told they held the table 15 minutes s and then gave it away, despite only 12 minutes elapsing from the time I got the message that our table was ready.

if you want to eat, today, just go somewhere else. there are lots of good places to eat in Orlando. don't waste your time, just go somewhere else.
