I ate the nachos and omg they were fresh and amazing!

Service is EXTREMELY POOR. SLOW. Went in to order 4 slices of cheesecake to go. Took over 20 minutes to get them.

New update: my wife and I just went there today for lunch. She ordered the 4 cheese pasta and added chicken. Guess what? She just got food poisoning. Avoid this place at all costs. Overpriced and the food will make you sick.

The food was good , and service was good as well,it had a nice atmosphere. The drinks was ok should have more alcho lol but overall great experience. No complaints.

Went to dinner with one of my nieces in Orlando, and it was a great time.

Went here with family, admitted busy weekend 4th July. Queued at counter to ask about wait times. The staff member informed us 40 mins wait minimum to be seated. She then offered us seating outside which had no wait. The girl had an attitude before we got there, but after 15 mins waiting to be shown our table. We enquired. Turns out she hadn't put us down. Despite taking all our details down. Name etc. The wait staff was good. Food ok. Shame that front desk staff let down the entire chain.

Rude greeters. Our waiter was friendly but not very efficient. Service was slow. Food quality was average at best. This location is simply not up to usual Cheesecake Factory standards.

It would have been 5 stars had it no been for the onions in the chicken salad, which is not specified on the menu. They graciously removed it from the check. Otherwise, my salted caramel cheesecake was awesome! It's my absolute favorite!!! Christian and Kay were great! They were both very nice, attentive, and understanding when I told them I'd been in a car accident about an hour before arriving. I was kind of upset, and they made my lunch so much better. Thank you!

The Cheesecake Factory at Millenia Mall provided a fantastic family dinner. From the moment we walked in, the impressive architecture stood out. Their menu offers such a wide variety that there's truly something for everyone, and the friendly atmosphere and staff made us feel right at home. It was also a delightful surprise to discover just how many different cheesecake options they have!

I only went to the cheesecake ordering counter for a birthday cake. It was very busy for a Friday afternoon, the front area seemed very chaotic and crowded, which is to be expected. I ordered a cheesecake to take home and I have to say the celebration cheesecake was very delicious.

Food is awesome. Never had a bad meal here. Can be very busy.

Cheesecake Factory is hard to get a bad experience hands down! The menu is amazing and for everyone. The wait staff was very attentive.
The burgers are on point and great drinks! I appreciate our experience and enjoyed the dinner!
