The overall hygiene is extremely bad. The tables are rotten and sticky and the smell of the place feels like it has been forever since the floor got cleaned.

It's what you expect - huge menu, which makes me think they're "warming" food rather than cooking it from scratch. For me, the food's okay, but nothing special. My partner loved it, which gets them an extra star. Service is chain-restaurant acceptable, but not "great". I'm sure we will be back at one of their branches

Food was not as good as all the other locations I've been to. Pasta dishes were dried out. The plate was very hot, but some of the ingredients in the plates were cold, like the meat and mushrooms. I had to send it back and order something else. Only for that to come out also dried out with cold shrimp. I just took it home and put it in the microwave.
