Disappointing location. Had the chicken madeira and it was significantly worse than every other time i have had the dish at other locations. Sauce had little flavor and clearly watered down. For a 30$ dish its disappointing. Will not be back

I’m a regular customer at the Cheesecake Factory on Regency, and I’m genuinely disgusted by the way the management treats their host staff. In particular, the manager with black hair and glasses consistently behaves in a way that is openly disrespectful and demeaning. I and other coworkers dining here have repeatedly witnessed her, along with certain servers, deliberately talking down to hosts and treating them like they’re disposable. Normally, I wouldn’t call them out directly but we’ve seen it enough times and I feel it’s necessary.
This behavior often happens in full view of guests, which is not only unprofessional but humiliating for the hosts who are just trying to do their jobs. Even more troubling is that when guests are clearly being rude, unreasonable, or outright hostile, management does nothing to stand up for the host staff. Instead of supporting their team, they allow the mistreatment to continue, or worse, contribute to it.
The hosts here are polite, hardworking, and clearly under immense pressure. The problem is not the staff, it’s the leadership. Watching managers undermine and belittle their own employees creates an uncomfortable, toxic atmosphere and reflects poorly on the entire restaurant. I come here often, but seeing employees treated this way makes the experience unpleasant and embarrassing.
Management needs to do better. Respect for employees should be the bare minimum.
Food was very good and service was friendly and very efficient. The buffalo strips were cooked perfectly. Cheesecake Factory remains consistent with their food and service.

Tried calling multiple times and the phone never went through. When someone finally did answer, they told me to hold and then hung up. After reading some of the recent reviews about the service, food, and prices, I’m honestly glad they didn’t take my order 🤣 Ended up ordering from Benihana’s instead 10/10 experience!!

Absolutely horrible experience. I called before about ten minutes til closing to place a one item pickup order and it took five tries just to get someone to answer the phone. When someone finally did answer, it was one minute before closing. She said she would take my order and asked me to hold. I stayed on hold for over 10 minutes before the call was disconnected. By that time I had already drove 20 minutes to the restaurant and had been trying to place an order the entire drive. When I spoke with the manager, he was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. He acted like I was lying and said he was “by the phone” the entire time, implying that what I described couldn’t have happened. He didn’t, listen, and didn’t offer to do anything to make it right. He basically brushed me off and said good luck. For a restaurant that presents itself as “nice,” this level of customer service is unacceptable. Hanging up on customers, unreliable phone service, and a manager who clearly doesn’t care to solve a problem create by their employees is not what I expect from The Cheesecake Factory.

Nice overall, though it feels like the place leans a bit on its reputation. The tables are also a little close to each other.

The hostess Osaris was great. He was very kind. The service was great, but it was busy, so our server was not so attentive, so I didn't let that determine the tip given to her. The Fettuccine Alfredo pasta I had, it was good but the sauce was watery, it did not look presentable, I ate it, I did not complain. The Margarita flatbread was good and my husband ordered Spaghetti and Meatball, he like it. I will rate the visit as a 8/10. Thank you

You know what you're getting when you eat at The Cheesecake Factory good food, big portions and amazing desserts. This place is no different.
Have eaten in their restaurants in Boston, Rhode Island, San Francisco, San Antonio, Washington DC and Orlando never had a bad meal yet.
Wait times can sometimes be long but that just proves how popular they are, I would recommend pre booking if you want to guarantee being seated quickly.
