Wasnt impressed no more, after coming back almost from a year ago, food was better last year ir 1st time trying it, today food was different and no flavor, didnt felt the real Dominican flavor as I did before!!!! Order an empanadilla and a Chimi Burger, no flavor and both dry, I asked for Ketchup and Mayo-Ketchup and still waiting, never got it, I remind the server two time and didnt get it….

I made an order for pickup and then decided to eat it inside the restaurant because my kids were hungry and they told me that it was prohibited to eat there because I ordered for pickup. The restaurant was empty, so there were tables to seat. It was my first time ordering to Chimi Spot and will be the last time. They lost a new client and I was going to add more things to this order. It is unfortunate their poor service.

My food was completely burned then called the restaurant didn’t answer they could’ve just told me they didn’t want to make the food I spent about $100 to get burnt food for me and my family i’m definitely going to go back when they open tomorrow and try to get either my food redone or my money back. If not, I will be calling my bank and canceling that transaction because that’s Why you pay with a card to be able to cancel bad transactions like this one will be leaving pictures below this is supposed to be a churrasco y una Pica cadera bien quemada .

Worst Chimi ever, no flavor, the meat was dry and it was very small. I went to this restaurant because it was close to home. Don't call yourself a Dominican restaurant if you lack flavor.

I called in to make an order but nobody could help me in English, which was not the biggest inconvenience, so instead, I placed an order for pickup through the Door Dash link on their page. That was the only option for a pickup order. When I arrived, I saw my order and went to pick it up. Someone behind the counter was saying something to me in Spanish, which I did not understand. Another customer translated and said they were asking me for a pickup confirmation through Door Dash. I am not now, nor have I ever been a Door Dash driver and I don't have a Door Dash account. I had two emails from Door Dash with the confirmation of my order and that it was ready for pickup. That was all the information I received. It had my name on it and I showed that and my ID. They would not let me leave with my food no matter what I showed them and continued to ask for my Door Dash pickup confirmation, which did not exist, as I was not a driver. After I began to get more and more upset, the person behind the counter used google translate to say it was fine this time and I needed to show pickup confirmation the next time I come in. I used their website to place an order in my name for pickup. They need a better understanding of the systems they put out to the public for use. I was extremely disappointed in the entire interaction and I think your customer service needs to be improved. I also think that there should be someone on hand with knowledge of English or had something immediately available to assist with translation if necessary, as this might have been avoided if either of us could understand what the other was saying. Service aside, the food was pretty good.
