The first time I tried their pizza, it was excellent — 9/10. The second time, it was disappointing — about a 5.75/10. The quality was inconsistent between visits, especially when it came to the crust texture and thickness.

My recommendation is to make the crust more consistent across all slices and pie sizes. The pizza should have enough structure to hold its shape and not flop or droop. Normally a 2 or 2.5:1 ratio of dough to cheese with some crunch on every bite is ideal, rather than a 1:1 ratio of dough and cheese or even a 0.5 to 1 ratio, which is mostly cheese. Flavor-wise, the pizza is very good and the staff seems nice. Like I said, on my first visit the crust had great structure and wasn’t too thin. On my second visit, the slices were paper-thin, extremely floppy, and not nearly as good - you know its too thin when you fold it and it still flops.

Also, the crust thickness should be consistent near the edge and center of the pie — there shouldn’t be ultra-thin spots or bites that are mostly cheese. This place has excellent potential with some adjustments to crust consistency and structure, and I really hope they make those changes. I will try it out again in a few weeks.

Went in for Tuesday Trivia Night, it was a good time with good food and a nice selection of beer to pick from.

Went for dinner last night before a show at the Dr Phillips Center. This wasn't our first time but, Stephano was awesome!! We are a sucker for good service and he was over the top. I felt compelled to recognize. A refreshing treat after a long day and he got us in the right frame of mind to enjoy a Broadway show. The .75 wings were a bonus! Stephano said they wouldn't disappoint and he was spot on. Good job, Stephano!! We will be back!

Sometimes come here for a workday lunch, sometimes bring the family. This past weekend we visited before Knicks v Magic game. Perfect spot. Close to the Kia Center, seated immediately for party of 7. Love the rotating nice draft beer selection! I always get the fried pickles app. They cut them long like fries, perfect for dipping. We also ordered the fried ravioli and fried mushrooms which were good but I have had better. The stromboli was a big hit. Pizza was also excellent as always. The marinara sauce is really good. Fantastic service, reasonable prices. One of my favorite spots downtown.

Good afternoon, Diana the manager. I have eaten here 3 to 4 times before and was always happy with the food. Today must have been a bad day as you were hosting a special event and fully packed. Thank you for listening to my issue with getting a pizza with chicken that smelled like shrimp. ROTTEN. Thank you for also going into the kitchen and bringing me pieces of chicken and telling me to "smell this". After telling you that we can not eat the pizza, a normal response would be. im sorry for the inconvenience, would you like something else. Instead you responded by rolling your eyes and saying ok. After asking for a refund on a 30 dollar and being told "No", I have to be "that person" and leave a review.

Thank you for having the time to reply to a message and a customer unhappy with receiving a pizza with rotten smelling and insisting its my fault. Instead of having proper customer service and taking back the pizza to remake it, we are told were wrong. Very unprofessional to put a piece of chicken in my face and telling me to smell it. We came near closing time and they treat us the same way they would’ve as they were opening! I felt so appreciated and welcome! We ordered 20 wings, an Stromboli and pizza plus the drink. Everything tasted so fresh! Can’t wait to go back!

Shout out to Galo and Lewis! Amazing service and well made martinis. The pizza has thinner crust giving it a nice bite. Not too much sauce and not greasy. Highly recommend the pickle fries. We got the remoulade and ranch to dip with them which was a perfect pairing.

Delicious pizza!

I've always liked this place until I ordered the carbonara pizza, and the chicken pieces smelled like rotten shrimp. After going back to the restaurant and telling the manager about the issue, she walked into the kitchen and grabbed pieces of chicken, and told me to smell it. After telling her i am sorry but my pizza smells rotten, she just answered "Ok". I asked for a refund since i am not eating rotten chicken she said "no" and did not give me a refund. The manager, Diana, was so rude and unprofessional, did not even suggest remaking or substituting the item.

For future customers, please be aware of no refund for a $30 pizza!

This place is worse than I thought. And when a customer is concerned about the food, the staff just tries to prove themselves right. And they don't even apologize. There are other comments of people saying their food tasted sour and stuff. We should definitely call the Florida health department to this people.
