The atmosphere is pleasant, but the service of our waitress ( Sophi) was terrible, if not because I call her, she never comes, we ordered 5 different drinks and only 1 was good, ... completely disappointed... the drinks were arranged but because of the service was horrible, we made the decision to leave.

Deeply disturbing interaction with a “manager” there named “Hooker”. This person was rude and disrespectful, most likely racially motivated. Although the place is beautifully decorated it is a shame that their “manager” believes it is okay to treat customers with such rudeness. We arrived at 7 pm and were told we should be called in 2 hours. We went on a walk and were texted at 8:02 that our table is ready. We rushed back and arrived by 8:14 and were told we would go to the bottom of the list. I politely asked to talk to the manager at which point someone named “hooker” came over and literally started yelling at us and when he was done I asked if I could speak now to which he replied “no”. My daughter then said, you shouldn’t speak so rudely to my mother she is an educated doctor who is being very polite to you, to which he responded by telling us to “get out” and then literally shoo’d us away with his hands and said “get out ‘doctor’” sarcastically, and had an almost violent and very angry look on his face. We were actually scared. I understand being overworked and stressed but there is still a way to talk to people in life. And hopefully one day, this persons boss see’s how he is representing their establishment and addresses it. And btw the only thing I was going to say to him is that when they told us a 2 hour wait, they should have just said “but it could be much less so pls stay close bc we will give your table away if you are not here within 2 mins”. I have never been treated with such rudeness before, we were stunned.

For miracle on orange we were seated late and they weren’t understanding at the end of our reservation. staff was a bit rude as we were trying to pay the bill…it’s fun but a bit of a waste of money after the experience especially because we had to keep asking for things like water.

This was my first time going and I had such a wonderful time! Johnathan our server was amazing and made the experience even more memorable. Drinks were well balanced and worth the price. The boozy hot cocoa drink was my fave!
This isn't an uppity bar, there were lots of people taking pictures and just relaxing, and enjoying the moment. If you one of those entitled people this may not be a good fit.

We were very excited to see the Courtesy decorated for Christmas and while the atmosphere delivered their service was horrible. We were already very understanding when they split our party up between two tables (a bar in the corner and a booth maybe 10 ft away) so we couldn’t even talk to each other, the service was just awful and ruined the entire experience. The bartenders and servers were rude to both tables in our party and even forgot someone’s entire dinner order. Skip this place and head over to another one of the many Christmas pop up bars in town.

I was so excited to try the miracle on orange experience after all the social media hype, but it honestly disappointed me. The decorations are awesome and I loved the themed cups. But I ordered 2 drinks + an app, and it was $50 before tip.
For those prices, I expect everything to be delicious. One of my drinks, a Rudolph's Replacement, was inedible. It tasted like pure vodka and some kind of weird herb. Nothing like chai or coffee. Even though it was $18, I couldn't drink it.
The jingle bells nog was good, but tiny for $16. I think this place is really just for the looks.
I love coming here for the Halloween and Christmas popup! Service is amazing and drinks are fantastic and you can buy the cool glassware to take home! Go here!!! Do it! They take walkups! Food is great too

We had an amazing experience here and a huge part of that was Billy, I unfortunately made a reservation for the wrong night but he was so accommodating and friendly. He saved the night. The drinks were amazing as well as the service. The wait times can be long but well worth it. Great experience in the Orlando area!

I visited this bar tonight for the Christmas-themed experience and had a very disappointing visit. I arrived around 11pm and joined the waitlist for a party of three. The hostess told me the wait would be about 45 minutes. I confirmed that I received the waitlist text and she acknowledged it before I stepped outside to wait in the 48-degree weather.
By 11:45pm, after seeing multiple groups leave and still not receiving any notification, I went back to ask about my place in line. Instead of being updated, I was greeted by a bartender across the room and told I could sit anywhere because the place was already empty. When I explained I had been waiting for the hostess’ message, they told me she had already left for the night. No one ever notified me, and our party was essentially forgotten on the list for 45 minutes.
We sat down around 11:50pm, looked at the menu, and tried to order drinks and food at 11:55pm. The server then told us last call for food had been at 11:45pm, even though we were never informed of that. Given that we were forgotten by the hostess and only placed our order ten minutes after the food cutoff, the waitress could have made an exception, especially under the circumstances. Between the missing waitlist notification, the hostess leaving without closing out the list, and the lack of flexibility after their own oversight, the whole Christmas experience was completely lost.
This visit fell far short of expectations. Clear communication and consideration would have made a big difference.

Love this place for the quality of food and drinks coupled with such an inviting atmosphere. Service is always where it is frustrating though. Hosts/servers need a ton more training and have zero idea about their menu. I always go back because again, everything else is amazing, but it’s a huge area of improvement for management. Definitely need to implement better initial training/ongoing training since the menu rotates. It’s clear some servers haven’t worked in the industry before or just aren’t good at their job.
