So satisfying and accommodating to asking for items on side etc to accommodate different palate preferences. Great steak and fries. Thank you!

My order was good but it took 20 minutes to get it. Then after eating I started to feel sick and had nausea all afternoon

I had the Butter Chicken poutine & it was DELICIOUS! The fries were crispy, the sauce was rich, spicy, & savory, & the cilantro adds a bit freshness! (coming from someone who doesnt like cilantro surprisingly.)
Yummy yummy food! I went the other day on Sunday and Khalil at the front was really kind and energetic aswell!!

The buffalo chicken poutine was INCREDIBLE!! Fries were nice and crispy and they had pieces of buffalo chicken mixed in which was delicious. Loved their buffalo sauce. Definitely getting these again if they have them on my next trip!

I’m really disappointed with my experience at the Disney Springs Poutine stand. I’ve been here many times as a Florida local and usually it’s fine, but today was genuinely frustrating.
First, while I was trying to order just three items, the staff walked away from me three separate times in the middle of my order without saying anything. One of the items I ordered, the Vodka Blueberry Lemonade that costs $16.50, was served in an 8 ounce cup completely filled with ice. There was maybe three to four ounces of actual drink. When I went back to politely ask if they could remake it, the person who handed it to me said “unfortunately no” and immediately walked away out of sight before I could even respond.
The food itself wasn’t the issue, but the service was disrespectful and dismissive, which is especially surprising for a Disney location. After this experience I won’t be returning to this stand, which is disappointing because I visit Disney Springs often.

Get the traditional Canadian. Not the best but something different to try. Do not get the loaded. Way too much garlic. Seemed purposeful to put so much so that all you taste is that. Won’t go here anymore even for the traditional after this experience. We have garlic smell oozing out of our pores, it’s that bad.

No option to customize your choices. Only can take away options and the menu is horrendous.

App says hours are from 1100-2330… drove here to try it only not to be open. No signage posted on why they are closed.

It's good but not anything to write home about. Great for a quick small meal.

Good for those who enjoy fries and want a quick meal. Expect outdoor seating.

Quality has tanked. I used to love coming here because the food was decent for a decent price. I had the butter chicken poutine, and my girlfriend had the buffalo chicken poutine. My butter chicken was not butter chicken, but a sad attempt at tomato curry. The buffalo poutine had generic bottled Buffalo sauce from Costco, and they took forever to serve us. Come on Disney… you can do better than that.

I hate to do it but I could not ignore. I found a hair in my Canadian poutine and an insect 🐞. They quickly gave me a refund but trust me you don’t want to see that picture. Biggest turn off.
