This place was cute. I ordered biscuits and gravy and it was not delicious. It tasted like evaporated milk and nothing else. My friend got the chicken and waffles and gave me a piece of chicken which was good and tasty. Her breakfast potatoes were well seasoned too. I also ordered a waffle with butter and whipped cream. It came out with nothing on it. It was slightly undercooked as well. I also waited for a long time for a refill on my coffee. This place seems to be hit or miss.

I had a chance to eat breakfast at this restaurant with my family and friends. Overall it was good, the food was tasty and the coffee was regular. Place was clean, there’s plenty of parking but I felt the price and service could be improved. I’d still recommend this place to support the small business in the area.

Every time I visit Orlando I make sure to spot by The Diner and grab a bite to eat. My son and husband had the chicken and waffles and they said it was best they ever had. Our server Sam was friendly and attentive.
Dietary restrictions: I’m gluten free and they have pancakes and waffle options which is wonderful!
Kid-friendliness: Today was my son’s birthday and Sam made sure to surprise him with a birthday treat with a candle. He loved it!

Good food but a bit light on flavor for breakfast food. By that I mean more health food style. The grits however were awesome. I guess I more of a greasy spoon kinda girl. Good atmosphere and very clean. Good prices for the neighborhood which seem to have a lot of tourist and conference go-ers.

The food was great and the portions were giant. I had the jalapeno bagel breakfast sandwich and it was enough for two people. The bagel was fresh and very soft. I highly recommend, despite the kinda steep pricing.
