Food took a very long time to arrive. While it was quite good, it was also quite cold. We suspect that the food had been ready for some time before it was brought to the table. There was another server who was hustling to check in with her tables and bringing a lot of food, presumably hot. After he took our order, we did not see our server on our side of the restaurant for a very long time, at least in contrast to the other server who kept coming and going. Finally someone entirely different brought our food and seemed confused about the table it was going to. One side of the restaurant is quite lively and has a comfortable feel. Unfortunately, we were seated in the other side, which has the feel of an airplane hangar or empty warehouse with a limited number of cocktail tables scattered here and there. If the food had been hot and delivered in a timely manner, we might consider this restaurant again. Unfortunately there are many excellent restaurants in the area. This was a “one and done” for us.
Everything was an absolute disaster. Very small portions for the price you pay. Long waiting time for the type of food you get. Not talking about our neighbor table mates, her food was served and his food came a half hour later. Nice romantic dinner right ?
One in our party had to wait 5 minutes for her food after others were served. I would like to have water refills after my meal is served. Waitress disappeared with credit card for several minutes while taking care of other customers. Enjoyed the food. Table was ready at our arrival.
Experience of the district bar was not great. The service was okay, and the waitress we had was really nice, kind, and attentive. The food was not great; the burger we had was very greasy, and the patties weren't very flavorful. The drinks did not hit the spot. Overall, I give it two stars out of 10. I would never go back to this establishment. Prices were ridiculous for the food. Have a great day.
The “restaurant” which we had a reservation for was an old bar. They put us in the back room , where the tables were very small. One waitress who was also the bartender in the back. Food was horrible. Pizza and flatbread on the menu and were not available. Rude hostess. Would never recommend or go again.
Drinks took forever, food was wrong, over charged and was told the tip was 18% so we added 2% to make 20% only to find 20% had been added. They use the handheld toast machine so you can't really see an itemized bill. Will not be going back.
Food, atmosphere, and service were all great. That Cajun chicken pasta is incredible. Special thanks to Melissa for the great service!
It was such a wonderful experience. Great drinks the Lobster wonton appetizer was spectacular. Melissa our server was so sweet and attentive. Really a great overall experience!!
Everything was great except for our drinks. They were definitely not what we ordered but our server and bartender corrected it very quickly The only downside was the “scent”machine that was sitting about our booth. The scent was way too strong.
Service was so so. We had to initiate everything... ordering drinks, ordering food.. we never were told the happy hour specials (which we had 20 minutes to order) or the daily specials. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is perfect. Great to eat there prior to any event at the Kia Center as it is just across the street.

What a shame that not only there was not adequate staffing so there was only ONE server, but the lack of professionalism from management is appalling. Deflection and lack of accountability seems to be the norm in this copy and pasted replies, even blatant lies. (Management says “Jordan” was working, but that wasn’t the server’s name. How can a kitchen be “backed up” when you’re the first to arrive?) sure the food may be good, but never worth any disrespect. Unfortunately if you have a bad experience, don’t expect any kind of apology or accountability. Be fully prepared to be gaslit, and the blame thrown directly back at YOU, the patron.
Always try to support our own.....Unacceptable Experience. Waited over an hour for our food. I ordered short ribs platter but received dry pulled pork. I sent it back.... Bloody Merry was good. However, the service provided by Waiter Jordan was commendable. First time and definitely the last time. 😠 😡

I had high hopes for Distro Gastrobar, unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. We arrived as the first patrons at opening and didn’t get our drinks until 12:30, it even took 15 minutes just to get water. When I asked to speak with the manager/owner, he walked by our table SEVERAL times without acknowledging us. When he finally did come over, he seemed more upset than attentive. It was clear that customer service is not a priority here, which overshadowed the food- which was actually really good. Very disappointing and disheartening considering they include a 20% gratuity charge to your bill despite the service rendered. Our waiter was amazing and did everything he could to make the experience pleasurable, but due to managements desire to keep overhead down there was not enough staff, effort, or care. Poor management and greed is ultimately the downfall here. All we wanted as paying patrons was accountability from him to own the service breakdowns/shortcomings we endured. Instead he came to our table, at the end of our meal- after frustrations had festered- with a very dismissive attitude and demeanor.
