Exceptional service and immaculate food! A special thanks to Tim and Nathaniel for their outstanding care and to the wonderful lady who served us (wish we’d caught her name). The highlight of the prix fixe brunch was the deconstructed frittata—it came together beautifully and truly made the meal. Huge appreciation to Teresa and Roger for growing beyond the food truck and creating such an incredible brick-and-mortar experience. We can’t wait to return!
Some seven years ago a young man approached me in my food truck with lots of questions on starting a food truck business. As is my habit I offered the good and the bad, all the steps I knew of that had to be done. We met several times and I lost track of him. I had to find a place within a few weeks for a large work event dinner. The Drake staff worked so well in helping to plan the menu and plan for a great seating layout for the large group. We had 30 people attend. The food was fantastic! Everyone loved it. The service was also exceptional. The assistant General Manager, Saudia, helped make the dinner go so smoothly. Definitely recommend The Drake to anyone looking to plan a dinner for small or large parties!
