3.5 starsWow. I had not expected a sushi restaurant inside of a Bravo supermarket. Got a volcano roll with imitation crab inside and on top ($12) and a Snow White one and both were quite good. The snow White is a larger sized roll with both shrimp tempura and imitation crab inside ($14). The rolls are made as you wait and are brought out to the seat you're in if you are eating there. Sadly the volcano roll's topping was only imitation crab with no scallop pieces in it. Tasty but could have been more if it had been made with the scallops as well.After several hours I have an odd aftertaste which I cannot pinpoint. Usually it's the vinegar rice that leaves that sensation in my taste buds but I think this time it was the layer of cream cheese. Service was good and quick.
Just ordered from Escobar, the Escobar roll it’s amazing and the crab canoe it’s a must try!!! Don’t hesitate and give them a shot you will not regret it!!!

The Escobar kitchen was such a pleasant surprise. The food was incredible, deliciously fused with Latin and Asian flare. The owner was so attentive, not only taking our order, serving our food, cleaning up after our meal, but he was such a gracious host. You can tell he is an amazing manager, by leading by example to his staff. We are sushi lovers, and this is by far one of the top places we have ever tried. So unique, so delicious , you won't be disappointed!!
