The Hampton Social - Orlando

We had wonderful food & drink. Service was great too except when I ordered a drink called the Pearl Diver, my waiter told me they couldn't make it because it's a happy hour drink. I told him I would pay the non-happy hour price but he said he couldn't do it because it didn't come up on his computer.... What, are we so digitalized that we can't do anything without a computer. I find that very sad!

As always Hampton Social doesn't disappoint. Had Sunday brunch. Terrific drinks, food is always beautiful and delicious and appropriate portions. Service very friendly and professional. Always a bright, positive, and lovely atmosphere. It's a must for any visit.

We made our reservation 20 mins before arrival with a highchair and booster... table was ready -at arrival. Kiddos food came out fast to avails chaos followed by delicious adult drinks and fresh delicious food with attentive professional not stuffy service! It was great! Thanks Carlos!

Everything was amazing! Service was incredible..so friendly. Shrimp tacos were really good ...lobster roll freaking amazing!

Service was very good, however we ordered the Salmon dish which was prepared very inconsistent. Both dishes the salmon was over cooked and very dry. Some of the carrots were cooked nicely while other portions were uncooked. I did notice everyone other than my wife and I were served the end portion of the Salmon which was a much thinner cut so that may explain why it was over cooked.

The salmon was very salty and greasy and the same for the fish and chips. The prosecco was almost undrinkable.

Unimpressed. Unprofessional. Loud. Host was not trained. Food was blah. Drinks were slow and food came out faster than at McDonald's. We were done dining in less than an hour.

Met a former colleague for lunch. They were not busy at all. The ambiance is amazing. The food is good. The mango lemonade could have used a bit more mango. Service was good.

No clam chowder available. Lobster roll had too much garlic butter. I don't like the auto 18% gratuity. I would have given more on my own but since it was auto added that's all the server got. Server was friendly but manager never knew we were in the building. The place was dead for a Friday night. Much better HS in Nashville TN. The bill was triple digit fur two sandwiches, one appetizer and a cocktail. Over $150.00.

Delightful experience with outstanding service, excellent food and creative drinks, beautiful environment, in a nice location. It's a bit pricey, but the food and experience was top tier! I'm taking my husband and friends back to this wonderful place.

The overall experience was ok. The food was good, but the service was lacking. The server, Alexis, rarely came over to us throughout our hour dinner. In the beginning, she flat out seemed irritated by the fact that we were sat in her section. Nevertheless, the food was good, though the shrimp tacos came out cold. Had to ask for bill twice. On the flip side, the bartender, Ty, was exceptional. He went above and beyond crafting excellent cocktails.

Overall it was good. Good was ok but nothing exciting. Good we revived was warm but not hot. Very loud in there hard to have a conversation. Took a long time to get our bill so we could leave

My fiancé and I decided to try this place after seeing the great reviews, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to them. We were seated but never checked on or even offered water. After waiting nearly 20 minutes with no service, we decided to leave and go to another restaurant nearby, where we were served right away and had an excellent meal. I hope this place can improve its customer service and timeliness in the future.
