I ordered food last Friday night, and they gave very little portions. The last time I ordered, the same thing happened. When it happened on Friday night, I called The Juicy Crab and complained. The lady who is always working answered the phone and promised me a double portion of crab the next time I ordered. Well, I ordered again on Sunday and it was only one cluster of crab instead of two. I called back and the same lady answered the phone and with great attitude she told me that they have cameras and they gave me a double portion of crab, then hung up the phone. I disputed the charge since I was never made whole, and of course my bank denied it because I did order the food with my debit card. I will admit the first few times I ordered food from TJC, I was satisfied with the food and portions, only a bit too spicy for very mild sauce. However, when they started skimming on the food and charging the same prices, that's where I had to draw the line. TJC, you can keep your crab and your lies because what you give is what you shall receive. You have lost a seafood lover that will NEVER order from you again and no need to worry. I do not need to speak badly of your restaurant because if you continue to do business like this, I'm sure you won't stay in business much longer. I will give Mr. and Mrs. Crab my business from now on. FYI, I was going to send a sizeable group of people your way, and you have lost them as well. Blessings!

The food was really good I’ll give it a 10/10 the food was fresh and good.However the service was not it!! I came with a family member and child and when we came in today we was able to immediately get seated.After being seated it was a very long wait for the server to come take our orders, even to grab our drinks. after the wait the server kept apologizing for the long wait, she then took our orders and brought our drinks which my family member cup was dirty the server went and got a new drink. We got our food during the process we wasn’t checked on to see how the meal was or if we needed refills, which we did . By the time it was time to pay the serve gave us the receipt and we paid after she handed us the tip receipt pointed at all 3 tips and said “which tip are you going to give me” as she stood over us waiting for us to tip…I have no problem with tipping but for her to say that then say “it’s mandatory because of my service” is strange if she has a problem with her pay she should take that up with a manager or find a new job!

My brother literally got assaulted in this restaurant on Saturday evening by another patron, after asking him to stop pushing the booth seat back, since he was literally pinned between the table and the booth. The guy got up, without saying a word, punched him square in the jaw and left. Staff carried on as if nothing happened.Do better.

Only giving 2 stars because of management. I came here a few months ago had a server I'm not sure what her name is but she was a very inattentive server. She dropped the food off and the next time I seen her was her giving me the check (food was amazing btw). We paid with cash and was counting out her tip with cash as well as she was walking off. She came back to the table with the craziest attitude asking where's her tip as my boyfriend is counting out $15 in one's right infront of me. I explained to her we was counting out her tip but because of how she addressed it and came off as aggressive, we decided not to tip. Moving on to today ... I seen her. She greeted me and told me the juicy crab was under a new policy to tip a minimum 15% I asked her to show me the policy in writing she failed to supply me with it , I then asked for a manager where the manager told me that was false. And also told me that she simply didn't want to wait on me because I didn't tip. I tip everywhere I go but her service and attitude she deserved no tip whatsoever. I love the food but the service is just sad and definitely needs improvement.

I went here during my lunch break and the food was actually pretty good. The service was also great. They have a lunch special which I would recommend. They have a lot of different options for under $20. I would definitely check them out. If you're looking for some seafood in Orlando the only bad thing is that sometimes there are a lot of tourist which can slow down your service. However, if you're going during the afternoon hours you should be OK.
