The experience was horrible as soon as I walked in. The server didn’t introduce himself and was not attentive at all. I waited 30mins just for wings and fries. I ended up not ordering any seafood because I was already irritated with how long simple wings and fries took to come out and the service. I wouldn’t go back.

It was only 1 man in the restaurant and 1 cook. He was serving tables, he was taking the orders, he was the bartender, taking phone orders and doing door dash. He was tired and exhausted from running around by himself. The food was hot but small portions and the wait was more than 15 minutes. The drinks were in small plastic cups and not a glass.

Absolutely disappointed. From the moment we walked in, the experience went downhill. The man at the front barely acknowledged us and handed us off without any welcome. Our server brought out crab but didn’t even provide crackers—were we supposed to crack them with our teeth? I said “excuse me,” and she ignored me completely, walking to the back. I had to walk to the back room and ask the cook myself for crab crackers just so we could eat.
What makes this worse is I’ve worked for this chain before—I know the level of service that’s expected, and this was nowhere close. My friend’s shrimp was overcooked, and although we ordered the same drink, hers tasted nothing like mine—drenched in sour mix.
Our server never came to check on us—she just sat at a table like we didn’t even exist.
When I asked for the bill, I paid with a $100 bill and wasn’t even given the correct change back.
This experience was beyond disappointing. I will never return. Completely unacceptable and not what this brand stands for at all!

From the greeter to the waiter to the bar tender they were all fantastic and super friendly. My first crab Legs ever so I needed a little assistance which our waiter Chris went above and beyond to service us and took the time to show me how to crack open a leg!! Everything was fresh and such a clean environment Highly Recommend visiting!!!
