We popped in to grab a to-go drink (the host advised us this was possible)and ordered at the bar. The bartender told us he was busy so we waited a few minutes, no problem (there were 4 other people at the bar). When he asked what we wanted, I asked if he could make a drink that I saw on the internet (it was highly rated). He said no, it was old and he couldn’t do it. No problem again, I had a back up drink picked out directly from the universal app; The Kitchen Hard Rock Hotel menu. He told me no and this time with very little patience told me he couldn’t make that drink. He grabbed a menu, gave it to us and helped someone else. When he came back, I pointed to the drink I had asked for on the menu and he was taken aback and told me he heard me ask for an old drink again. I ordered HERE YOU COME AGAIN
$19 (Hendrick's Gin, black cherry, lemon, simple syrup, fee foam) and left my husband to wait for the drinks while I took our daughter back to the hotel room. I literally ended up getting a cup of bourbon on the rocks with a cherry in it. It was by far, the worst $20 I ever spent on a drink with terrible service to boot.

Pretty awful meal, mains delivered whilst still on starter. My wife's meal stone cold, mine tepid. Staff were apologetic but ultimately no remedy to the meal. Spoke to chef and told him to try better. Cost for eating nothing? 160 dollars.. Felt bitter and cheated. They even expected a tip!

Melinda, the hostess was hands down the greatest. Which was the icing on the cake for a restaurant me and my wife come to on our anniversary and birthday's. Service was top tier as well as the food. 65$ seems cheap for how great the food and drinks and service are... WE WILL BE COMING BACK.

Whoever decided to scam the Beard should be fired. If you have a food challenge, play fair. All this for $60. Shame on you. He's nice guy and you took advantage.

BOGUS BREAKFAST BUFFET
We got in late to Hard Rock Hotel and got up early to get into the parks. When I saw there was an option right in the basement of the hotel, I booked reservations for Friday and Saturday morning. I had hoped that a $32 breakfast buffet would have some high quality meats and other dishes, but found this easy breakfast option to be garbage.
Positives: Berries & Cream, Omelette Station, Fresh Fruit, and Great Server
Negatives: Poor quality breakfast meats and gravy that were lukewarm on the line, corned beef hash similar to Mary Kitchen, and slim pickings for anybody who doesn’t eat gluten.
We canceled the reservation for Saturday and ate breakfast in the park…

We visited The Kitchen at the Hard Rock Hotel for Thanksgiving brunch. It was awesome. Food was tasty, abundant, with a diverse menu and amazing deserts. Service is great, everyone was pleasant, friendly, efficient. The price was appropriate for a one time holiday brunch but not inexpensive. We loved the meal and our entire experience and will definitely do it again.

Little to no sense of urgency, nor dining room awareness. Took forever for a server to approach us and introduce herself. Then took forever to get someone to ask for a soda, and also to get the check. Definitely not a good experience. Surprised that this is happening at this Hotel. Wow.
