Pricing on 2 glasses of cranberry juice was enormously high!!! We ordered 2 glasses and were charged 8.00 each. It’s juice! Not alcohol!

Had a wonderful meal after the day at the parks. The Airline Chicken and burger were great! Jonathan was our server and made us feel right at home. The executive chef talked with us for a long time.

The people make the Hard Rock Hotel a special place to stay.

We were one of a few tables inside for lunch when we arrived at the hotel on check in day. We were swarmed by little black BUGS. They were everywhere. We were killing them at the table. We moved tables at one point--still kept swarming. The waiter was aware but said he was not sure how to fix it. Spent over $450 on lunch for 3 (with wine) while we swatted away bugs the entire time. Gross. Would NEVER go back.

Attempted to eat at this restaurant at six in the afternoon. There were approximately 10 tables filled not even half of the restaurant filled. Was told it was going to be a 30 minute wait. I guess this restaurant does not like to make money.

Hard Rock? Hard Pass on Brunch! $65 dry potatoes and corned beef hash straight from the can. Jeez, for that I can just stop at Walmart instead! It'll turn out just as good.

There are plenty of PROS - the staff's hospitality and friendliness was 11/10. The acoustic music at the brunch was pleasant and skillful. The NYC strip steak, salmon, soft carrots, were excellent. Good drink selection. Child friendly. Decorated with memorabilia. DON'T MISS any pastries if you go, get your favorites (macarons) because they're top quality.

DO MISS the entire brunch if you can because there is no reason to have subpar scrambled eggs, potatoes, and corned beef for $65 a person. It's really baffling. I've had gourmet life-changing brunch for $45 a person. Quite the tourist grift in prices, here; avoid!

We enjoyed lamb chops and burger, great calamari. Ally was an attentive and friendly server. Even the team behind the counter gave us warm and friendly greeting. Thank you for a great dining experience.
Fantastic breakfast buffet, especially french toast, waffles, omelets all standout. great coffee and OJ too.

This, by far, was one of the best hotel restaurants we've ever experienced! It had a great mood, day or night, great lighting, and spacious. The staff were awesome, including the hosts and the waiters. We had Jeremy multiple times and we was awesome. The menu includes multiple Gluten-free items, and the kitchen has separate facilities when making those items. This was perfect for us with one of kids having Celiac. We ate both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant multiple times. Although the prices were high (no surprise, it's a theme-park resort hotel), the food was always great! Breakfast buffet has tons of options, definitely try it.

Brunch used to include bottomless mimosas. Now one is $15 so get the unlimited for $25. They added gratuity in party of 2 without mentioning it. Says party’s of 6 or more. I can’t eat $85 dollars of food. Just not worth it anymore.

Amazing friendly service. Amazing food. We’re back for our second visit, and find the staff to be so friendly. Another amazing meal; and a call-out to Jason; the most personable waiter in Orlando.

Food was ok, but the servers were not, we got attitude from the start with the hostess. And our server was rude to me, my wife and my parents. Even the manager responded in a pedantic way when I expressed my concern with the attitude. Awful experience.

We had dinner here twice while staying at HR. The food is incredible and the service is top-notch! We also stopped in for the breakfast buffet and there is something for everyone. It was very, very good!

My family and I went for the acoustic brunch on Sunday morning. At a price point of $65 per person one would expect fantastic food and service. It was quite the opposite. After we were seated at our table we waited 15 min. No one came. Had to get ask someone from the Buffett service to get us a waiter. Waited another 10 min for drinks. Food was below average except for freshly made pancakes. Dirty plates were piled high on our table, no sign of our waiter until it was time for the check. Then he decided he wanted to sit and talk to us. Go to the Golden Corale for breakfast for a fraction of the price with better food and service. What a huge disappointment. Will never be back
