It was a very underwhelming experience. The cafe was cute but the immediate ammonia smell was very off putting. It just got stronger in the cat play room. The cats were cute and clean. Only several were willing to interact, some swatted and showed teeth which is understandable because there were so many people in there. We only stayed for 20 minutes because of everything even though you pay for a whole hr. We did not get anything from the cafe, so no opinion on that but the cat room was not what we expected having been to several cat cafes before. I hope all of the cats find a good home though.

Definitely gives dive bar vibes ... Would not eat or drink anything from the cafe! Cats seem to be very well taken care of but the smell in the back cat room is very overwhelming! Could not stay for more than 10 minutes.
We really enjoyed our experience here. The staff is really friendly and genuine. You can tell they really care about the cats and create a great environment for those who may want to adopt or those who just want to spend time with the kittens :)
Btw, the avocado toast is really delicious!

I adopted a beautiful 7 month old kitty named waffles after my first visit here! The staff truly loves & cares about all of their kitties and it shows! Whether you’re wanting to adopt or just spend some time with kitties, this is the place to do it! The lavender lemonade was also delicious!

Leaving a 3 because the cats were very cute but the staff was interesting. I smiled at the man working and he gave me a stern look like he didn’t want to be there. Not very welcoming. Bad aura. Also the place stinks of urine and they said there were 29 cats but there was about 12 cats out being generous .
The photos they show online is not accurate to how the place actually looks. I saw the section where they make the drinks and it looked very very dirty. Cute kitties hope they all find an amazing home but I would not return unfortunately.

I have to thank the manager, Bongo, for basically sitting in one spot and not reacting to anything whatsoever. A true role model.
Very nice selection of tea.

Such a welcome happy calm environment the cats are so so sweet and so are the staff. Bongo the cat manager is very professional as well. The butter bear is a must try❤️❤️
Be aware, it will make you smell like cat pee. Not sure if this is normal for cat cafes? Service was great, did not try the food, cats were so adorable. I would suggest playing some light music or something in there, seemed kinda dead silent when we were in there but if the cats like it that way then of course keep it that way. Lots of toys to play with the cats. Staff did great at letting us know they were adoptable.

We got our two cats, Zora and Merry, during a visit to the cat café, after careful consultation with the passionate café workers. They knew every cat’s personality and had a strong hunch these two cats would be able to warm up to each other after we took them both home. And they were totally right! Our sweet new cats add so much to our life and they bond more and more each day. Big shout out to the very thoughtful staff for making the experience stress-free and super fun.

This place is such a gem in downtown Orlando. It’s a little tucked away which adds to the level of intimacy for people wanting to have a nice cup of coffee. There are two sections to the cafe: The front bistro area, and the back play area. For small fee (which goes back into the cafe’s resources), you play with the kitties that are looking for homes. You can take your drinks in there with you (but I’m unsure about food)… The staff is SO NICE! Everyone I met there was incredibly hospitable and patient. It’s a peaceful atmosphere, even with a bunch of kitties roaming around. If you’re sensitive to sounds and crowds, this is a great place. I am very anxious in those situations and felt at ease. The reason for my visit was with a hope to find a new sibling for my cat, Dahlia, who lost her older brother a year prior. It was time. I had the hardest time choosing between a female, Delta, and a boy of the same age, Enzo. Honestly, I went in with the intention of a boy… but with the help of the staff, educating me on the personalities of the kitties, my heart settled on Delta. They didn’t rush me into the decision at all, but were delighted and supportive of my choice. At the time of this review, Delta had been home for a week and is getting along with Dahlia. It’s an all-female household, and I couldn’t be happier.

We had the best time at the kitty beautiful! We were on holiday in Disney and was missing our own fur babies so we decided to have a look for a cat cafe and came across this one! The cats are so beautiful and the staff is super friendly. It warmed my heart to know of how many adoptions they have had since opening, over a 1000 which is truly amazing! Next time we are back in the states we will definitely be coming back to this wonderful place!

I love this place, the music was peaceful, I love that they had books and coloring books as well. Tried their pastry, pretty tasty. If you want to relax with the cats, away from the hustle and bustle, then I really recommend it here. The cats were chill, curious, and very well taken cared of.

Wish I could give an honest review of the place but due to a lack of communication on the business end, we drove all the way to Orlando for it to have a sign on the door stating closed for renovations. So it will not be open until November 11th 2025.
