We had a great experience adopting our girl from The Kitty Beautiful! The staff is kind and knowledgeable and they truly care about the cats. The adoption process was very smooth and I would highly recommend this place.

We had a terrible time here. As soon as you walk in, the smell hits you. When we talked to the woman at the front, she was extremely rude. We had never been here before and unaware of how this place was run or how it worked. She didn't explain anything to us. We didn't even know there was a fee just to get in. She was upset that we didn't have reservations. Again, we had never been before. We didn't know that was needed. If it was an issue, we would have gladly made reservations for a different time. But she didn't even give us the option. She was upset we were there at all.
When we got into the cat area, hardly any of the cats were around. But the smell was just awful. We left after maybe 10 minutes. Our reservation was for an hour. After having gone, I saw their website says they offer 30-minute sessions, and we were not even offered that at the register. The pictures of the business are misleading. They are old and need to updated to show what it really looks like. Dirty and run down.
I am not joking about how awful the smell was. We did not get anything to eat or drink. We had planned to get the avocado cat toast. I'm not sure how people can even stand to eat or drink in the cat room. I know that cat litter boxes are going to smell. We have a cat. I have owned multiple cats. I have worked at a dog/cat boarding facility. The smell was terrible. They have a room dedicated to the litter box area, and it's closed off. Yet the smell hits you at the front door of the building. Before you even get to the cat room.
I support the cause and the idea of what they are doing. But they are not doing it well. I would not go here again, nor would I recommend anyone to go here.

I loved being with the cats, and I love the mission of this place, it's clear they care about the cats and it's inspiring. Unfortunately though this place is not very clean; the cat area smells horrible, I feel bad for the cats who have to live in that. I've had a cat my whole life and have been to other cat cafes and I've never smelled litter and urine that strong. The cat area was also just rundown and not very aesthetically pleasing, same for the kitchen area.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this cat café! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the sweetest dog at the front door, her name is Cleo!
The highlight of our visit was, of course, spending time with the adorable cats and saying hello to Bongo the cat manager. They were so friendly and playful. Our reserved hour was relaxing and fun.
What made our visit even more special was how they celebrated my sister’s birthday. They went above and beyond, making her an honorary cat for the day! It was such a thoughtful and creative gesture.
If you’re a cat person looking for a cozy, fun, and memorable experience, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back!

She was very short with me and told me to read the brochure in front of me instead of just taking the opportunity to tell a customer about the place. She was very cold. Not warm or welcoming at all.
I don’t recommend. It is 13 dollars per person to go see cats WITH cold customer service.

You will enjoy yourself until the staff decides to enter and disrupt the atmosphere. In our situation, a woman named Jac walked in and proceeded to give us a lecture as if she were the only one who knew how to handle cats, but no one else. The ambiance is decent but not exceptional.

Orlando, FL. Unlike other cat cafes I’ve visited, the cats here are awake and contented. As the amiable owner explained, Bongo (the gray cat wearing a tie) watches out for all the cats. For example, a new shy kitty came out of her hiding place for the first time that day and Bongo came over to stand near, letting her know she was safe. The shop has a Bongo for President 2024 t-shirt for sale. He’s that magnificent. I’m disappointed he didn’t win the election. But you can join his grass roots campaign. Bongo for President 2028.
You don’t have to pay buku bucks to dine with the felines. If you want to study as you sip your amazing beverage (my friend loved her crafted lemonade) you can sit in the front room without the cat companions. The front room has a great atmosphere, too.
The room in the back with the kitties is priced very reasonably, though. I paid more for an hour at a cat cafe in Tampa. And this cafe has way more food and drink options.
There was a poodle lounging on the sofa in the front room when my friend and I arrived. As we stood watching the kitties in the back room the poodle ambled over to greet us. It was calm and friendly.
I got a chocolate chip cookie and chocolate chip muffin to go. My friend got her fruited lemonade. Everything we got was fresh, delicious, and not overpriced.
Most of the patrons were quiet individuals in high school or college.
They had cute merchandise. I loved their cat collars without bells.

beautiful café with beautiful cats !!!! 🥹 they were all so cute and there are so many that even if half of them are sleeping or not sociable there are still plenty wanting attention and there's a cat for everyone's energy level. didn't try any of the food or drink, but i thought the entrance fee and cost of the merch was really fair :)

It's all about the cats. Their beautiful babies are the sweetest. If one is too fiesta or simply does not want to be bothered, the staff are very attentive and careful to have them stay in their cage during your visit. Very clean and does not smell of litter boxes. New selection of cats all the time and they are adoptable. They have a range of ages from 6 months to 6+ years. There is a cutie pie to fit your personality and energy level. Lots of room to visit and play with the cats as well as an assortment of toys. You can order a coffee and sweet treat or just go and chill with the 😺. Be sure to leave a donation as these sweet babies are not cheap to care for. Or better yet adopt one when you leave. Either way support this wonderful cat rescue!
