We had the best time at the kitty beautiful! We were on holiday in Disney and was missing our own fur babies so we decided to have a look for a cat cafe and came across this one! The cats are so beautiful and the staff is super friendly. It warmed my heart to know of how many adoptions they have had since opening, over a 1000 which is truly amazing! Next time we are back in the states we will definitely be coming back to this wonderful place!

I love this place, the music was peaceful, I love that they had books and coloring books as well. Tried their pastry, pretty tasty. If you want to relax with the cats, away from the hustle and bustle, then I really recommend it here. The cats were chill, curious, and very well taken cared of.

Wish I could give an honest review of the place but due to a lack of communication on the business end, we drove all the way to Orlando for it to have a sign on the door stating closed for renovations. So it will not be open until November 11th 2025.

i adore the kitty beautiful! the staff are so friendly and i like how all of the safety precautions and rules are explained right off the bat instead of having me try to figure it out by myself. everything was communicated well and i thought it was cool that i could bring my food and drink order into the cat cafe. i appreciate that they serve food at all! i've been to a few without food/drink before. the cats are lovely and they have a large area to play. i came in right as the cafe opened, so a lot of the cats had energy while some others were napping or sunbathing. they didn't bother the food and were happy to run around and play. there's a great selection of toys and multiple places to sit. food and beverages were good too! i'm vegan and most things were veganizable on the menu. i got the cutest grilled cheese in the shape of a cat with an order of tomato soup! the cat-shaped bread was actually adorable. the coffee was creative and delicious as well. all cats are adoptable, so if you're looking or considering adopting a cat it's definitely worthwhile to stop by and check out the different cats to see if you click with anybody!

This is the best cat cafe I have ever been to. Heather and David were very kind and answered all of our questions. I ordered the cat avocado toast which was very yummy and cute. I also got the affogato and the espresso was perfect.

i have tried giving this place multiple chances and each time i am left disappointed. the staff are far too invasive in my opinion - i of course understand that they have to remain vigilant of guests to ensure that the cats are not being mistreated but i have visited other cat cafes that are able to accomplish this without making the experience feel awkward. furthermore during the last time i visited, there were some people who came in to adopt a cat; while this is great, the people adopting and the staff member speaking to them were hogging up the space where a majority of the cats were located. if i’m paying to play with cats, i expect to actually have access to all of them - the discussion of adoption is one that should be had away from other guests as it ruins the experience. on the subject of pay i’d also like to mention there are far better cat cafes that charge less than this one for an hourly play rate. my last quip has to do with the smell - as many other reviews have mentioned the place smell atrociously of cat litter and cleaning products (another problem ive never encountered at other cafes). ultimately, as lovely as the cats that i did get to play with were, i wish i could just get my money back and never visit this place again.

We visited The Kitty Beautiful and were absolutely thrilled by the staff being so warm and knowledgeable about the kitties. We spent a good long time interacting with the cats and discussing with the staff. They were able to teach us so much about their temperaments. We ultimately decided to adopt little Pongo! The transition has gone better than we could've ever hoped for. He was welcomed into our home so quickly and adjusted at break neck speed. As you can see, he is getting along brilliantly with our other animals. Thank you to The Kitty Beautiful for being an excellent space to find the perfect furry fit to a family.

OMG this was the most amazing experience. The owners were so so so nice. They were very hospitable, I had 8 kids and 2 adults in my party and they were so nice and gentle with them. They gave a little info about cats for the kids to know when we get in there which I loved. All of the cats were well groomed, clean healthy and loved to play! They are very good with kids. I recommend to go here. And the best about this place is THE CATS ARE ADOPTABLE! worth the visit!❤️

The Cafe part of this establishment is phenomenal, love the coffee and treats. However the staff has been rude and unhelpful the 2/3 times I’ve been there. While I appreciate the efforts they’ve gone through to help these kitties go to loving homes and it’s such good work they are doing, The last time I was here an older woman raised her voice at my 12 year old sister for trying to play with a cat, not pick it up, not do anything that should have warranted that reaction at all. On this same trip my DISABLED aunt was petting a cat and got badly scratched, she asked an employee for a bandage, to which employee said she’d grab her one. My aunt sat for around 15-20 minutes holding a paper towel on her hand after asking for that bandage until finally she was given one.

Fans were all over, blowing the smell around 🤮 The Kitty Beautiful needs better ventilation and litter-box cleaning routines. This would prevent making guests uncomfortable.
