I have been to the other location and it was just like this one but it is bigger . The customer service was professional and friendly. My sides were a tad bit salty but the food was prepared well and came out hot. The batter is nice flavorful and golden brown. If you are like me and love to eat soul food but not cook it this is the place! Added bonus it is right next to the Florida mall great for those coming in town!

I had a wonderful experience visiting your establishment. The service provided was exceptional, and our server, Mr. Keyon, was attentive, knowledgeable, and gracious, exemplifying the qualities of a true gentleman. Today marked my sister's birthday, and I brought her in from Jacksonville, FL, for her first visit to your restaurant. After sampling nearly all the items on the menu, I can confidently say that the food was outstanding. The quality was superb, and the service was remarkable, complemented by a delightful atmosphere. We waited 55 minutes to get our food after we ordered it. We had to take the food to go because they were not doing dine in orders. We ordered two wing dinners. The chicken was so old and hard. It was ridiculous on top of not having broccoli. They gave us corn instead, and it was the nasty. I also ordered the seafood rice and I had seven shrimp tails in my rice with no shrimp in it. It was just a tail no meat. I called back up there to see if something could be done about this because this is unacceptable after spending $70 and no one answered the phone I will not be taking my family nor recommending anyone to go back to this establishment. and they also charged us a service charge on it to go order.

We ordered 3 orders chicken tender with fries. Chicken tenders were small and very dry. One had order of corn which we had to return because it was hard which was questionable since it was in a syrup liquid. 1 order of chicken and waffles again same dry small tenders oil may be old by how dark they were. Service was timely and courteous.

service is horrible. we came unexpectedly during happy hour. i pointed to the happy hour ad and asked questions to the waitress. she confirmed it was happy hour, i ordered wings and a frozen drink, both on the happy hour menu. my friend ordered 2 orders of wings but didnt mention happy hour. 5 minutes into the drink, i realize there was no liquor. the waitress said i could add a shot or order something extra. girl, why didnt you clarify there was no liquor the first time? Our orders of wings all come out on different plates. two lemon pepper orders served different ways. my friends own looked small and alot of random wing tips included. a guy, i guess a manager came up, and we complained. he said those were happy hour wings and i asked why mine didnt look like those. he said he would talk to someone but he never came back. the waitress eventually came back and we told her. she said i was supposed to have gotten the smaller order with all the wing tips included cause it was happy hour. she charged my friend for normal price and wings because my friend didn't specifically mention happy hour even though i did. 😐 when the check came, she tried to charge me regular price for my drink because i didnt specifically say happy hour even though i pointed to it when i ordered it. magically, her manager wasnt available but she was able to fix it herself and get her automatic gratuity of course. horrible service and a scam.

Everything was good and I received my food fairly quickly. It was hot and fresh. I ordered the chicken, collard greens, broccoli, and macaroni. I have been here a few times and I'll continue to return. My cousin gave me some of her Alfredo and it was okay just needed more seasoning and sauce.
I have no reservations saying this is the best seafood restaurant in Orlando. Very unsuspecting from outside but nice and classy inside. Everything on the menu is amazing, while I personally enjoy the fried tilapia with collard greens. Only critic I could say is that the service is usually hit or miss, tho I think more misses than hits.
