I was visiting Orlando and stopped by the Lobby Lounge at the Ritz-Carlton — such a great experience! The afternoon tea was beautifully presented and delicious, and in the evening, the cocktails and light bites were just as impressive. Elegant atmosphere, friendly service, and a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend if you're in the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We returned to the Ritz for their Mother's Day Tea and were absolutely thrilled to be served once again by Lorena, who is truly exceptional! We've had the pleasure of being in her care several times now, and each experience is more wonderful than the last. She bring such grace, warmth, and attention to detail—it's like being welcomed by an old friend. From remembering our preferences to making each guest feel celebrated and special, Lorena elevates the entire experience. She is a true gem and one of the reasons we look forward to coming back time and time again!
it would have been nice to have a bit more variety in appetizers for the price charged. otherwise it was a great event.
As a local from NYC, always a staple! Ismael always takes the best care of us. Never rushed and always knows what I want before I even order it…. Bar snack are served the minute you sit… wouldn’t pick another local bar in the area if you’re trying to have a quality, relaxing time.

I can’t find my message. I left three days ago regarding the ransom payment to get my car back from valet parking. But since then the hotel reached out and tried to blame it on anybody except they’re stupid policy and offered to repay the $57. I have not seen the credit on my credit card nor have I received the promised phone call that it was all taken care of two days ago! Par for the course.
Amazing teddy bear tea! Highly recommend. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Santa's tea time at the ritz Carlton did not meet expectations. A very loud environment. Waited one hour to get food, which was mediocre at best. Understaffed and not worth the price. We went all over the hotel to figure out where to go. The male concierge agent was clueless and the downstairs restaurant hostess that he sent us to was flipping through pages in a paper packet in confusion, finally taking us to the lobby steps away from concierge where the event was to take place. We have been to other high teas at Ritz Carlton's in other cities with great success. The Orlando based team seemed inexperienced, rough around the Edges and novice from the moment we entered the hotel. We will not repeat this experience
I am very unhappy with the lobby bar of the hotel where one night I was charged for a drink of mcallen 18 the price was $264 when I went to the front desk they told me that yes there was an error that the price was $83, when the employee went to grab her manager who never came outside to apologize or show their face. she did not go out to check the receipt that I have from the bar seems to me this is all very wrong not to face this serious mistake. the bottle costs $500 and my drink 264 very unfair.
Ask for Erica! We had a great experience at the Lobby Lounge! From the moment we got there we had fantastic service from the whole team especially Erica who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and having a great time. Thank you Erica for your impeccable service and attention! We’ll be back again!

The overall experience was good but overpriced by all means. They also tried to charge me for my 1 year old for tea. I had to pay for my 4 year old. No refills, no second round of sandwiches. Didn't even ask what we preferred and just brought everything out. It was good for a one time experience for Mother's Day, but I don't see myself going back again.

Extremely costly! We have had tea all over the states and Europe too. For the price, I think everyone should have a complimentary glass of champagne. My daughter treated me for Mother's Day and I thought the price was ridiculous. I felt very bad considering she's a school teacher and not an executive. It was nice, but not worth the cost!
I visited for the Mother's Day tea, and it was spectacular. Would do this again and again. Made my mom feel very special.
We sat at an outer table and weren't noticed at all. After 20 min, as a place in the lower area opened up, we moved and were promptly greeted by waitstaff. Food was excellent (but very pricey and only one vegetarian option) and the drinks were strong. As the crowd increased, service declined, and it took a while to get our 2nd drink and our check. Once the decibels got above rock concert level, we were ready to go! Friday night crowd was very loud for a 5 star hotel lobby bar.

Very loud. Food was okay, but I do appreciate the gesture of making it special for my mom. They did misspell her name however. Food was okay, expected more for a vegan tea party. But it was okay. Tea was good. Felt rushed to leave. I don't think the experience is worth the price considering how loud, rushed, and disappointing the food was.
