As a local from NYC, always a staple! Ismael always takes the best care of us. Never rushed and always knows what I want before I even order it…. Bar snack are served the minute you sit… wouldn’t pick another local bar in the area if you’re trying to have a quality, relaxing time.
I can’t find my message. I left three days ago regarding the ransom payment to get my car back from valet parking. But since then the hotel reached out and tried to blame it on anybody except they’re stupid policy and offered to repay the $57. I have not seen the credit on my credit card nor have I received the promised phone call that it was all taken care of two days ago! Par for the course.
I am very unhappy with the lobby bar of the hotel where one night I was charged for a drink of mcallen 18 the price was $264 when I went to the front desk they told me that yes there was an error that the price was $83, when the employee went to grab her manager who never came outside to apologize or show their face. she did not go out to check the receipt that I have from the bar seems to me this is all very wrong not to face this serious mistake. the bottle costs $500 and my drink 264 very unfair.
Ask for Erica! We had a great experience at the Lobby Lounge! From the moment we got there we had fantastic service from the whole team especially Erica who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and having a great time. Thank you Erica for your impeccable service and attention! We’ll be back again!

The overall experience was good but overpriced by all means. They also tried to charge me for my 1 year old for tea. I had to pay for my 4 year old. No refills, no second round of sandwiches. Didn't even ask what we preferred and just brought everything out. It was good for a one time experience for Mother's Day, but I don't see myself going back again.
Extremely costly! We have had tea all over the states and Europe too. For the price, I think everyone should have a complimentary glass of champagne. My daughter treated me for Mother's Day and I thought the price was ridiculous. I felt very bad considering she's a school teacher and not an executive. It was nice, but not worth the cost!
We sat at an outer table and weren't noticed at all. After 20 min, as a place in the lower area opened up, we moved and were promptly greeted by waitstaff. Food was excellent (but very pricey and only one vegetarian option) and the drinks were strong. As the crowd increased, service declined, and it took a while to get our 2nd drink and our check. Once the decibels got above rock concert level, we were ready to go! Friday night crowd was very loud for a 5 star hotel lobby bar.

Very loud. Food was okay, but I do appreciate the gesture of making it special for my mom. They did misspell her name however. Food was okay, expected more for a vegan tea party. But it was okay. Tea was good. Felt rushed to leave. I don't think the experience is worth the price considering how loud, rushed, and disappointing the food was.
So so dissapointed with the food and the ambiance. I've attended teddy bear tea at another Ritz since I was a child and for many years with my daughter. First time here and it was not christmassy, not magical, food was actually gross, it was nothing like we're used to and very few tables. Not special at all. Service was of course great but overall would not attend again here which is so sad.

This was our 5th Santa tea. Always enjoyable. Very disappointing that they charged the adult price for kids this year. Not surprising that there were empty tables this year when usually it's booked.
The Teddy Bear Tea is a special Christmas experience and just delightful. My granddaughters enjoyed the entire event and loved meeting Santa, visiting the gingerbread house and chocolate nutcrackers.
Mitch the bartender is AMAZING!!! He doesn’t miss a beat and his drinks were precise and perfect! They have a very interesting menu. We ordered Steamed pork gyoza, a wonton in a shiitake mushroom broth with lemongrass, mushroom crisps and cabbage slaw. We also ordered the Crispy Chicken, brined in chamomile and citron this was very good! Both apps were excellent! Our martinis were perfection! We can’t wait to go back!

AMAZING SERVICES!! Mandy is magnificent!
Was blown away!! The bar was slammed and Rebecca the bartender was so efficient that she still was able to manage the time to craft me two amazing drinks! Her hospitality was by far amazing! The manager Jessica was very attentive to myself and the other guests to ensure we all were being taken care of. I will definitely return for the great drinks and hospitality
