The Moderne offers a great dining experience with excellent food and attentive service. The small plate selections are a highlight, with favorites including raw seafood, duck, and sticky ribs. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The portions are generous, so guests should come hungry. The restaurant creates a good ambience suitable for couples, groups, or single diners. Many visitors find the food tasty and appealing, enjoying their evenings and celebrating special occasions. While most dishes are outstanding, there was a minor issue with the roast duck dish having rubbery skin. Overall, The Moderne is highly recommended for its delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and enjoyable dining experience. The food was great and the presentation was fantastic. The atmosphere was lively, but very cramped and conversations were being overheard. This bar, located in the East Colonial area of Orlando, not only offers a great bar atmosphere but also serves excellent food. It’s a good spot to enjoy some well-crafted drinks while also eating delicious food. The cuisine is apparently Asian-inspired. The fish buns, veggie buns, pork belly buns, fried rice, shrimp and crab gyozas, and yuca croquettes were quite good. The lighting was a little too bright for a bar. The serving staff made the evening very special. The interior of the restaurant has gorgeous warm lighting. The parking lot was relatively full. The group really enjoyed the tapas style portions and took advantage of the ability to sample many items off the menu. The Miso Cream Noodle was a big hit. The Broccolini and Crab & Shrimp Gyoza was also a big hit. The drinks were not very enthusiastic. The sushi was very satisfying with the taste.
