Been here a few times and love the green curry udon. It’s super rich in flavor with a creamy coconut base and nice crispy tofu. They give you a decent portion. Bao buns are also pretty tasty. We usually get the edamame with the crispy garlic too, also delicious. Be careful if you’re offered kimchi with the edamame, when they checked it, it had fish.

This was a 5 star our first time here during their grand opening over a year ago. The food is still top notch but the drinks - I’d say it’s a solid 3. We are cocktail connoisseurs and it’s just not there sadly. We’d come back again but I would stick to their more plain cocktails, avoid the seasonal ones because for Halloween, the 3 we ordered were just off

Cool place to hangout with friends or significant other. Definitely make a reservation or you might not get a table on Fridays and Saturdays. We order five small plates and it was enough for 2. The food was delicious, the cocktails were creative and different. The only thing I didn't like was the suggested tip percentages. It used to be 15, 18, 20. I understand the 18, 20, 22, but 20, 22 and 25 is just too much.

The service was wonderful and all the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food however was mediocre at best. The appetizers were ok but not as good as you would get in an authentic Asian restaurant. Nor were they particularly innovative. Did not sample the cocktails except to taste the one my companion ordered. Average. The wine selection was minimal. Overall, ambiance and service were great but the food needs to improve.

We had a fabulous experience at Moderne, thanks to the eclectic menu, the exceptional service we received, the gorgeous aesthetics/decor and the laid-back casual vibe. Our favorites were the Hamachi Ceviche, a must-have item on every visit...fresh Hamachi with a very bright, slightly sweet & spicy mango wasabi lime sauce (we wanted this sauce on everything!)...the Crab & Chorizo Croquettes, the Shrimp & Crab Gyoza and the Yellowtail Osaka style roll. What really made our night was the service - Danny was the absolute BEST! He got my Vesper martini exactly right (not a commonly requested libation so it's hard to get right!). He made the best menu recommendations and he was so pleasant to chat with. He really made our night providing us outstanding service. We will absolutely be back for more very soon! Highly recommend...five star experience!
