This isn't traditional and so you can't make your own thing. There are buildings and you get to select ingredients in categories. While my largest complaint was that I couldn't mix my own sauce, the food was cooked very well, with generous portions. It was surprisingly good.

Bought four meals. All with different sauces, which only one of us enjoyed the sauce. That being said, everything was VERY flavorful. No skimping on sauce or portions. Each meal will easily feed two people /meals. Plenty of leftovers. The food comes in the to go box, so there’s not a lot of room for slicing. My rice was on bottom, then the mushrooms, then the broccoli, corn and green beans so it’s hard to get a fork full of everything -you kind of have to eat in layers My only other suggestion would be for the cooks to cut the chicken or meat so they are bite size for areas of the size of multiple fingers.

Food is good but hard to eat out of a togo container and not a plate. Now, the food qas nothing mind-blowing, but I appreciated the service. I ordered 2 items and put in a request with the cashier. Despite my first ordered item being wrong, they quickly made me a new one and let me take home the first one. That was appreciated by my partner when I made it home with leftovers.

This is a quick service restaurant with lots of options and the ability to customize. It's clean and casual. We ordered a bunch of stuff to try and loved it all. This is the best tofu I've had in a long time! I recommend the edamame, the fried green beans, and the bowls. I built my own bowl with tofu and basil curry sauce but I've got to go back and try different sauces. My friend also enjoyed her bowl

The esthetic was simple yet inviting. You can order on a kiosk or at the register. Staff was friendly and food served promptly. Everything tasted delicious but my favorite was the fried green beans. Since they serve a lot, took meal and the next day it tasted even better since all the flavors had a chance to blend.

I have been eyeing this place for quite sometime and I’m kicking myself for waiting so long. Seriously delicious eats. Got the farmhouse and I could seriously eat twice from it. Great value and oh so delicious.

You walk in, fall in line, walk up to the self-service kiosk, and place your order. There's a human being by the register if you have questions or want to adjust your order, then you pick a number for your order to place on your table for someone to deliver your food from the kitchen. Food is very reasonably priced for such large portions, served in a plastic container, so it's easy to pop on a top to take home leftovers. There's also a self-service area for their nonalcoholic beverages. No booze here, not even a beer, which would go great with the food. Not a place we'd rush back to but certainly worth trying.

We ate here for the first time on Sunday, February 25, 2024, since their grand opening in 2023 was packed and we couldn't get into the restaurant. I was greeted by a team member, which is the first sign of a great experience. Then, I asked if the cook could customize a meal for a child with food allergies. The team member was knowledgeable of their dishes and ingredients. He didn't give me a hard time because of my child's allergies like other restaurants tend to do. The food came out in a timely manner. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl. It was hot, delicious, and filling. Way better than the food served at a mall food court! The vegetables were on point. I liked how the carrots were sliced thin and tasty, plus the cabbage and broccoli were juicy. The chicken was cooked nicely coated in that savory sauce. The sauce was not too sweet and the rice was fluffy, not mushy. The atmosphere was chill with upbeat music in the background. The restaurant and restroom was clean. However, I didn't like the sound my tennis shoes made while walking the floors because it was sticky from whatever was used to mop prior. Overall, I will return again to this location on East Colonial Dr. Now I have another restaurant option for my child to eat when we dine out.
Amazing staff, delicious food, and chill atmosphere. Ordering is easy at the register, the tap screens, or online.

The food is awesome. Its my second time coming and everything is freshly made. You can watch as they make your food and they even offer water as you wait. Everything is fresh so while its not fast food quick, it is the quickest freshest food in the area. The spice level is nice but if you are a pro its just a tinge. Top to bottom its one of my favorite places to eat honestly and a go too if your on east colonial.

This place is fantastic! I did a build your own bowl and got the mongolorian sauce. It was so tasty and spicy. It was a solid portion of food and they put a lot of beef and chicken in it. Can’t wait to try some of the other sauces.
