The place is really nice and chill and I love the art & music but the male bartender with long hair and tattoos working Friday nights was rude, has poor customer service skills and just completely killed the vibe . As former bartender when someone says they donāt like the drink I do what I can to make it right and make them a new one. Not argue with customers about why I canāt make another drink just because they donāt like it and tell them to pay for another drink. I took only one sip out of the drink to know I didnāt like it and I politely asked him if he could make mesomething else or add something to make it better. He had a lot to say, and basically told me I had to buy another drink. He was tipped well for 2 drinks. So not sure where all the attitude was coming from. For a place like this , itās Very disappointing. Do better.

Great vibes. Great people. Great house music via DJ. Love the whole atmosphere. Wallstreet Plaza has so many hidden gems but no one makes drinks quite like Mowdii. +He makes everyone feel as VIP as his margaritas. No question where I'm going after a long day to unwind. ā¤ļø?

Me and my 3 friends came here on a Saturday night and bartender guy upstairs told us we have to pay for our drinks before he makes them. So we all pay and then wait for him to make the terrible drinks. Only to find out when we to the bar downstairs there is no "process" where you pay for your drinks first it seemed like we were the only ones made to do that

The place is cool but I wonāt go back. You can thank the bartender. I donāt know her Name but the main bartender is the reason. She is rude. She doesnāt give you your change. I donāt care what you think you deserve toBe tipped. One beer doesnt Cost 10 dollars. And I had Previously made a negative review of her prior to this one. Its not on here bc they Must have deleted it.Buttt I went in there with my girl one time since I made the last review and the bartender confronts me about the review I made assuming it was about her and embarrassing me In front of my girl! Saying ādonāt you know that I know it was you that left that review?ā āDid you know There is a Picture of you attached to the reviewā. Laughing at me. Then I said yea I know! I dont care. I logged into my Google account just for that reason.Acting like we were friends or she knowsMe or something she has the audacity toConfront me and embarrass me?? Donāt start drama with a customer just do your job. Youāre in the service industry. You serve people. You donāt serve drama.She embarrassed me then she went over by her co-workers or friends to show them the review I made while looking at me and pointing, laughing Saying it was me that left that review.
