Osprey never disappoints. I asked for a quiet corner for reservations. I got a quiet corner!! The food selection is always great. You can't go wrong with anything really. (Although I do miss their cioppino!! ) Anna, our server, was amazing. As is all staff there. This is one of my favorite places to go to for something special. The best!!! Even their carrot cake is wonderful. The candle for my birthday was a nice touch.

My catch of the day was wahoo, and it was barely warm and a tad dry. The butternut squash purée was a bit disappointing matched with the fish. The golden raisins on top were very sweet. My yellow fish tuna appetizer was excellent! It was very fresh and the Szechuan sauce was perfect. My husband ordered a Caesar salad but it was very anchovy-forward so he sent it back. The chowder was also excellent. His lobster bucatini was good and spicy. Our server was excellent and attentive. I enjoyed the wine selection also. He brought us an anniversary surprise with a candle and 2 delicious chocolate chip cookies to go. It was quite busy inside and very loud.

I went for my birthday dinner, and while the evening started off promising, things unfortunately went downhill from there. My oysters were fantastic but the other party with us didn't receive theirs until much later, even though they ordered before me. Our drinks took a long time to arrive and I had to keep reminding the waiter that we ordered drinks. and the food followed the same pattern. My fish was tough and rubbery.

I have been going to Osprey since they opened - the food, service, and atmosphere are consistently excellent. The menu changes based on the availability of fresh ingredients, and the dishes are innovative yet unpretentious. This time, we went for Magical Dining. I started with the crush puppies (crab hushpuppies), swordfish Milanese, and panna cotta for dessert. Everything was delicious. I also ordered a 1/2 dozen raw oysters - best deal in town!

We had such a wonderful experience at The Osprey! From check-in to check-out, everyone we met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It happened to be my daughter's 4th birthday, and the staff went out of their way to wish her a happy birthday, which made her feel so special. We also enjoyed Magical Dining, and every course was amazing - from the flavorful pork belly appetizer to the decadent brownie sundae dessert. The scallop add-on was absolute perfection. We left with full hearts (and stomachs!) and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Our first experience at Osprey. It certainly won't be the last. We enjoyed selecting from the Magical Dining menu. The salmon and steak entrees were beautifully prepared. Also enjoyed Crush Puppies and the smoked fish spread. Well curated wine list was sincerely a trip down memory lane of travel /dining experiences over the years. Katie, our server, made it all the more enjoyable with her knowledge of wine and professional wine service you don't experience everywhere. Elegant! We will be back. Great place for celebrations or just to enjoy Happy Hour with friends at the bar.
